Beijing Donghuang Hotel in Beijing

The location of hotel is very center, it's next to New World Department Store. There are 31 floor, clean room with good amendment. Flat screen TV and a nice desk included one sofa bed. Wi-fi only in lobby and restaurant.

The hotel's overall decor is elegant, it's relatively quiet, and the breakfast is quite generous. The elevators are also very fast.

Located in Wangjing, Beijing, the hotel boasts a super convenient location. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and hygienic with new facilities. The air was very fresh and comfortable. Transportation was extremely convenient, making it easy to get anywhere quickly. It was also very quiet.

The hotel's location is excellent, right above a subway station and the Shinsegae department store. The front desk staff provided great service, especially Xiao Li, who checked me in and even proactively upgraded my room. Thumbs up!👍🏻

However, I also have to mention a downside. I stayed in a suite, and there was a strange odor in the bedroom – like someone had sneezed without covering their mouth and the smell was lingering in the air. It was very noticeable as soon as I entered, particularly near the bedside table on the wardrobe side, but I couldn't pinpoint the source. Luckily, opening the window helped a bit, but this really impacted my stay experience.

As a frequent business traveler, my recent stay at the Wangjing Donghuang Kaili Hotel (formerly Beijing Donghuang Hotel) was a pleasant surprise! From its location to the detailed service, it truly showcased the sincerity of a high-end hotel.

Mr. He at the front desk even upgraded our room for free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future concerts!

The location and views are absolutely unbeatable, and the room was unbelievably spacious.

Service: The front desk service is good, and the staff are enthusiastic.

I'm back again, haha! Same great experience as always. Convenient location, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Can you guys become a contracted hotel already? I stay here every time I come to Beijing!!!!!
