The location is indeed great, right near U-Town, which means it's quite busy. The hotel itself is just too old, though there are a lot of foreigners staying here. The rooms are dated and really need a renovation. The pool and gym are a definite plus, and breakfast was decent enough!

Traveling to Beijing with my kids, I specifically chose the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town, and the experience was incredibly pleasant. Before our check-in, Zoe from Guest Relations proactively reached out to us, thoughtfully helping to arrange a suitable room type. Knowing we were traveling with children, she even went the extra mile to decorate a fun-filled family room with a child-friendly theme and prepared lovely little gifts for the kids.

My children were absolutely thrilled to see the exquisite decorations and gifts, brimming with joy. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and heartwarming. You can truly feel the genuine care and effort everywhere. It made our trip and stay so hassle-free. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling with children!

I frequently visit this hotel, and the service is consistently excellent, as are the environment and location. A special shout-out to Sales Manager Liang and Front Desk Manager Ding, who are always proactive and enthusiastic in asking about my needs. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!

A very pleasant stay. I have to commend Zhao from the reservations department for proactively communicating about room availability and check-in times. He was patient, answered all my questions, and explained every detail clearly, making the booking process smooth. Upon arrival, Manager Yang at the front desk was incredibly efficient, handling my check-in quickly with no waiting time. She thoughtfully arranged my member benefits and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions. The entire experience was great, and the hotel facilities are also excellent and well-maintained. Definitely five stars, great value!

I'm a regular guest at this hotel, and I often book their properties. This particular hotel is in the city center, within the second ring road. The price is a bit higher compared to other hotels, but sometimes when I have business in this area, I have to choose this one. I hope they offer more discounts! 🌈🤪

Huge thanks to Troy Hou for his patient and proactive communication via WeChat. He carefully helped us reserve and arrange the perfect room type, making the entire process smooth and worry-free. Our guests had a fantastic experience after checking in; the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Troy even thoughtfully informed them about weather changes and local travel tips. His service was thorough, attentive, professional, and truly heartwarming.

Amazing hotel with an incredible breakfast!!

The room was very clean and everything was changed daily, also, every kne at the hotel is really kind.
The hotel is in the same building of a mall, which is really convenient!

9.9/10, to get a perfect score I would suggest improving a little bit in amenities (shampoo and body soap wasn’t very good)

If you workout while traveling, they have a very nice gym, and a 25m pool, which was perfect for me! They also have sauna!

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
