Came to Beijing with the kids for spring break, and didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10 PM. The front desk upgraded us from a standard room to a suite, which was a very pleasant surprise! The hotel is located within the Second Ring Road, and it's within walking distance to the subway, so the location is great. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally well-maintained. The only minor downsides were that the shower drain was a bit slow, and it was quite warm in the room at night in late April, but the air conditioning wasn't cooling.

The location is super convenient, and for Beijing, the hygiene is pretty good. But I was really surprised that in the capital, Beijing, you actually have to go downstairs yourself to pick up food deliveries 😂. In Shanghai and Shenzhen, robots deliver right to your room.

The hotel's front desk staff, Li Jinze, provided warm and thoughtful service. He was very considerate and meticulous, with a kind smile and proactive assistance. He made us feel right at home, was polite and friendly, communicated smoothly, and handled issues promptly and efficiently. He truly demonstrated excellent professionalism and service awareness. Our stay experience was fantastic, and he deserves high praise!

Staff at this hotel are very nice and helpful! Hotel is old and needs lots of improvements. Toilet was not functioning properly. There were no air conditioning, shower stall seems to have mold, and in room refrigerator was not functioning well. Overall the hotel is nice and in a good location

The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent, and the location was super convenient. It's really close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, Longfusi, and Union Hospital. Great value for money! 👍

Hotel is located close to Wang Fu Jing street. It's a very big and grand hotel, but you can tell it's a bit old. There was a leak under our sink and there's a puddle of water in the bathroom constantly. The shower door won't close properly so water gets out everywhere. We had 2 beds in the room, one of the bed was hard as rock. At night, hallways aren't well lit for gym. Good service, staff brought extra towels when they realized we had 2 kids and were very friendly.
