This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-praise. Even a standard room is 50 square meters, which is incredibly rare in Beijing; the spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and I want to specifically commend Ella. Before I even arrived, she arranged for my pre-sent package to be delivered to my room, making the entire process effortless...
The concierge service at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful! Leah handled the check-in process efficiently, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently recommended local attractions and delicious food. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, with attention to detail evident in everything they did. Our stay was fantastic!
This was my second stay at this hotel and it was great! Leah checked me in this time, and she was not only efficient but also proactively helped me get a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the environment is refreshing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the subway station. Overall, the experience...
A friend of mine stayed here before and said it was okay, so I didn't hesitate too much to book it. When I arrived, I found it was indeed pretty good. You can tell the rooms have seen better days, but they're not unbearable and didn't bother me. The soundproofing here is excellent, much better than other places I've stayed. Ella provided great service, but I wish there were better parking discounts
The room was spacious and bright, and the surrounding transportation was convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 1 and Line 2. It was very easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. If you want to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, you can get to Tiananmen by shared bike in about ten minutes. The hotel service was excellent. After a long...
Miya at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, very polite and efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and all in good working order. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, and my overall experience was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Very nice hotel. Modern clean and very friendly attentive staff! Great location to in the centre of Beijing.
This five-star hotel has been recently renovated, and its cleanliness is impeccable, earning a perfect score 💯. To find such a great hotel on Chang'an Avenue at this price point offers excellent value for money. On the second floor, there are two Yangzhou cuisine restaurants, Yangzhou Yan and Quyuan. These are probably the best Yangzhou restaurants in Beijing. The restaurant's decor is unique, and...
The room was clean and tidy, the environment was lovely, comfortable, and cozy, and the service was absolutely exceptional. It's a high-end, elegant hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. It's fantastic!👍
Professional international hotel management, with exceptional service from the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious – no exaggeration, it was better than any I've had at Hyatt, Hilton, or Shangri-La! It offered both standard Western options and local specialties.
The room was clean and tidy, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended.
As a long-standing five-star hotel, it hasn't been renovated in years, but the hygiene is excellent. It's within walking distance to Beijing Railway Station, making transportation very convenient. The family room with two beds is a thoughtful touch; although there's only one sink, it's quite functional. The bedding is comfortable. However, the hairdryer is inconvenient as you have to constantly press...

Pretty good! While it's not super new, the room facilities are quite complete and the service is decent. The pool is especially nice – big enough and warm.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for both driving and taking the subway. It's about a 20-minute drive to most major attractions and very close to Capital Airport.
Service: For a five-star standard, the service is truly exceptional. Our dedicated butler, Anna, proactively added us on WeChat during check-in, and we could reach out to her with any questions at any time. The executive...
Service was absolutely perfect 💯, super satisfied 👍! The dining experience at the third-floor Tang Palace was also 100%, truly unforgettable. This was my second time staying at a five-star hotel. A big thank you to Anna AnnaZ, the Crowne Plaza Guest Relations Officer, for her excellent care. I will definitely be back. Here, I marveled at the comfort and wonderfulness of staying in a high-end hotel...
This hotel's location is quite convenient, making it easy to get around and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy overall, and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a really peaceful night's rest. I frequently stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. Jennifer's service is always so warm and attentive. She called me in advance to arrange my room and even prepared the latex pillow I usually sleep with. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The hotel environment is also excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Supplies were replenished quickly. Jennifer's service was excellent; she upgraded our room for free and patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommended! Love it 💕

The room was great, with a practical layout, a bathtub, and stunning views. The king bed and a smaller bed were perfect for two adults and one child. The hotel's location is convenient, and the room is spacious and comfortable with great attention to detail. The staff member Vincent was very friendly. Highly recommend!
The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, Wangfujing Street, and malls like APM. The Zi Guang Yuan restaurant is right next door, making dining very convenient. Plus, there are 7-Eleven and Lawson stores nearby, which are great for grabbing drinks.
Let me start by saying: I've stayed in quite a few hotels, and I was genuinely disappointed with this Renaissance, especially the facilities.
1. I'm not sure if all the room curtains are like this – they don't block out light and are too short, as shown in the picture. It's like they're reminding us: 'No slacking off, you workhorses! 🥲🥲'
2. The toilet flush requires you to hold the button down constantly...
I contacted them in advance to upgrade to a suite, and the room was spacious with a great view. The executive lounge was a lifesaver for drinks, and occasionally we'd grab a simple dinner there when the kids were tired in the evening. For breakfast, the first-floor restaurant had a wider variety. The hotel is conveniently located with a subway station nearby.

I've stayed here many times. It has a Chinese-style decor and a nice ambiance. I haven't tried the breakfast. Overall, I'd give it a good rating.
I've stayed here many times, and it's always as comfortable as ever. The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped with amenities like a coffee machine and bathtub. For Beijing, a room like this offers excellent value for money.
Even though the hotel has been open for many years, the stay experience was still excellent. Behind the reception desk hung a painting by Zeng Fanzhi, understated and sophisticated – truly fitting for the imperial capital. Waking up to the sunlight streaming into the room in the morning was absolutely beautiful, instantly putting me in a vacation mood, even though I was here for a business trip......
1. The room was stuffy and the temperature couldn't be adjusted.
2. Snacks in the room weren't priced, only the drinks were, but I was charged for the snacks at checkout.
3. It took 15 minutes for the front desk to issue an electronic invoice.
The service definitely doesn't match the price!
This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Beijing. The location is prime and super convenient, and the service and atmosphere have been consistently excellent for a decade. I truly recommend it! The cleanliness and service are impeccable. My boss was very satisfied with her stay, which I booked for her.
Waited an inordinate amount of time to get our rooms, very unexpected coming from this brand. Reception was understanding of our concerns and offered late checkout as compensation.

Everything was pretty good, and the location was convenient too! The only downside was that someone seemed to be smoking in the hallway, and the smell of smoke was very strong! I asked for the sheets to be changed because they were dirty, but when I came back, there were still oily sheets and pillows.
The hotel's location is great, with Zi Guang Yuan and Fang Zhuan Chang (restaurants) right across the street. The breakfast is good too, you can even order instant noodles. The staff are very prompt in clearing plates. You have to go downstairs to pick up your food deliveries. Also, you need to call customer service if you want to open your room window.
Every time I visit Beijing, I choose New World. The hygiene standards are met, and this time I even got an upgrade to a suite. The hotel's location is super convenient for exploring Beijing, and you can also check out many popular cafes in Qianmen and wander through the hutongs. It's a shame I overslept both days and missed breakfast.
The hotel experience was great. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, making for a very comfortable stay. Both the front desk and room service were warm, attentive, and responded promptly. It's located right next to a commercial district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can also walk to the Temple of Heaven and Qianmen, which makes sightseeing super easy.
Upon arrival, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. My room was soundproofed really well, so no noise disturbed me. The only downside was a few stains on the bathroom wall tiles. Also, delivery services aren't allowed to bring food up to the room; you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself.
This room wasn't as good as the ones I've stayed in before. The bathroom had a terrible odor, smelling strongly of sewage throughout the room while I was trying to sleep. The shower isn't enclosed, and the bathtub is awkwardly angled, making it uncomfortable. The showerhead itself wasn't great; I had to keep pressing the overhead spray for it to work.

The location of hotel is good, metro is close, breakfast was amazing, everything is so clean, but most of all i am fascinated with hair dryer amazing one😅 very good hotel, highly recommended!!! On photo the view from room.
This is an older hotel. The service was excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside the window is Jianguomenwai Avenue, bustling with traffic, giving you a real sense of the capital's energy. The room itself is a bit dated, and you have to shower standing in the bathtub. The Sihuaxuan restaurant is very good, which is definitely a plus for the hotel.
It was alright, pretty satisfied for a family trip. The only downside was that the bathroom had a bathtub for showering, and the showerhead was broken on the first night, couldn't hang it up. We told the staff the next day, and they immediately arranged for a replacement. Everything else was fine.
I come here often, and the front desk staff member, Li Yingjie, is always very welcoming. The room is also clean.
The Beijing Hotel has a great location, and the rooms are new and recently renovated. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel's front desk service is excellent; they are very responsive to requests. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely visit again.
The room was a bit old and small, but the service was good. They even provided a humidifier. The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the subway entrance. It's also convenient for dining out, though many restaurants in the Guomao commercial area have long queues. Breakfast was excellent – perhaps because the price is a bit high, there weren't many people, making for a comfortable dining experience...

Fantastic hotel and value for money. Although the breakfast service was sometimes disappointing overall we loved our stay. The staff really tried to make it a pleasant experience and solved any issues quickly and professionally. I particularly loved the pool and whirlpool. Excellent location. Can easily highly recommend.
The room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The best part was being able to run to Tiananmen Square early in the morning to watch the flag-raising...
The amenities in this hotel are great, there is a lovely pool which was always quiet and there is also a hot tub and very good gym. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station or to the main railway station and it is also easy to arrange taxis to come to the hotel front door. We would stay here again.
The room facilities were a bit dated, but the location was excellent. There were a lot of foreign guests staying, so it's likely a partner hotel for international tour groups. Stepping out of the hotel and turning right, you'll find a beautiful pocket park. A bit further on is the Beijing City Wall Relics Park, which I recommend visiting if you have time. The hotel's ground floor has many restaurants...
The room is spacious, and the swimming pool and gym are available for free use.
The hotel's location is good, and while the facilities are a bit old, they're still acceptable. However, the hotel service was quite mediocre. The staff were slow to respond and inefficient. It was a perfect one night stay! I booked only in the morning and put a special request for a birthday surprise, I didn’t expect such a fast response and the bedroom had special lights, flowers and balloons. Thank you!!! The bathroom was lovely, the gym and pool was stunning! The breakfast was very nice too!
I had a comfortable and clean room experience at InterContinental Sanlitun. I especially want to commend Jessie, Aimee, Zoria, and Eva from the lounge. Their service made my trip pleasant and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the orange juice and champagne at the lounge, and I'll definitely be back.
The front desk service was excellent, especially Summer and Eva who responded promptly to any issues. I extended my stay for several days, and they even brought me complimentary pear juice and fruit, which was fantastic. Sam was also great! The location is superb.
Minibar in room: One free layer.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Environment: Nice.
Service: Ten out of ten, highly recommended!
My recent stay at the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun was an absolute five-star experience from start to finish! The environment is great, the service is attentive, and the transportation is convenient. The high floor offers a fantastic view. It's a good choice whether you're on a business trip or traveling solo. The only downside is that the breakfast variety isn't extensive enough; it could use more fresh vegetables and juices. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
The location is decent, relatively close to SKP and the China World Mall area, making travel, shopping, and dining quite convenient. However, the hotel's name is easily confused with Mandarin Oriental, even though they belong to completely different brand systems. This can lead to cognitive discrepancies during the booking stage. The hotel is located in the heart of Beijing's CBD, with convenient access to subways and buses nearby. They even have robot room service! The front desk and staff are very welcoming. Despite being close to the extended Chang'an Avenue, it's surprisingly quiet.
The bed was huge and really comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient to get to the China World Trade Center. The facilities were quite new, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!
Conveniently located in the CBD, this established five-star hotel is very reliable. It boasts an old-money style decor and excellent service. I'm very satisfied.

Great hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, offering excellent service overall. You can tell it's an older hotel that's been renovated, as some of the fixtures are still original. It's an older hotel, but the location is excellent, right next to the subway station and commercial areas like Guomao. Even though the hotel is a bit dated, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, making it my top choice for business trips. The service attitude is also great.
The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. I was really happy with the cleanliness, service, and overall environment. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!
This was my second stay, but this time the room was quite dim. The window opened up to an equipment platform, and all I could see outside were air conditioning units. I stayed for three days, and the minibar was never refilled. Plus, there was renovation noise from upstairs in the mornings. At over 600 RMB a night, the value for money is a bit low.
This is an older hotel, and even though it's a bit dated, many of the details are still very well-executed. For example, they have a sterilizing cabinet and a 'Tu Ye' (Lord Rabbit) decoration, which really showcases Chinese culture effectively.

The room is spacious, the service is attentive, the location is convenient, and the price is very affordable. However, the bed is a bit small, an extra bed costs 250 a day, and there's no Wi-Fi. I hope these can be improved.
I've been staying at this hotel for many years. It used to be a Crowne Plaza, and although it's been downgraded now, the location is absolutely fantastic. It's only a two-minute walk to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, making it a hotel with excellent value for money in Beijing.
This hotel is genuinely good! I had to switch hotels at the last minute and ended up here. The front desk staff seemed very professional, effortlessly switching between Chinese and English, which was really impressive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip to Beijing!
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street – just around the corner. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was quite rich. However, the hotel's facilities are a bit dated.
Extremely convenient location! While the hotel itself is a bit older, its convenience is a major plus. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's great for shopping. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with good value for money. A really nice trip.
The decor is extremely dated, and all the facilities and equipment are very old. The room I was assigned was quite far from the elevator, but the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite tasty. The location is excellent.

Our stay was fantastic, especially thanks to Meikey! They were incredibly warm and thoughtful, handling everything efficiently and meticulously. Any requests were met with a quick and attentive response. They really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing personalized one-on-one service throughout our stay. Their professionalism and politeness left a deep impression on me.
Stayed here for a work training, and the hotel's environment and service were both great. The bubble tea at the lobby bar was delicious! It's a shame the evening band didn't perform, so I missed out on that. Looking forward to staying here again next time.
I chose the New Qinghai Sheraton for my business trip to Beijing, and to my surprise, it was an amazing experience!
A special thanks to Luke at the front desk, who proactively upgraded our room upon check-in. The room was very spacious and had excellent natural light. What truly impressed me was the KERUYU smart luxury garment care machine in the room. I could just put my suits and coats in for care...
The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are brand new. The breakfast is abundant, and the beds in the guest rooms are especially comfortable. The room hygiene is excellent, and the staff are professional. The gym and pool are also great, not crowded, and very comfortable. After breakfast, I took a walk in the garden, which has fresh air and is very beautiful. Enjoying a cup of coffee there...
Located in Lize Business District, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming; the rooms are well-maintained and look quite new. The restaurant food is also good, especially the Chinese cuisine and the specialty Qinghai restaurant. The garden is beautiful.
I stayed on the Executive Floor this time. Prior to arrival, I received a call to inquire about my needs. The room was spacious, and I really appreciated the bathroom with built-in speakers – perfect for watching TV while taking a bath. The outdoor garden on the first floor and the terrace outside the lounge were pleasant surprises; they were beautiful and a rare find in a business-heavy area like...

The location is indeed great, right near U-Town, which means it's quite busy. The hotel itself is just too old, though there are a lot of foreigners staying here. The rooms are dated and really need a renovation. The pool and gym are a definite plus, and breakfast was decent enough!
Traveling to Beijing with my kids, I specifically chose the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town, and the experience was incredibly pleasant. Before our check-in, Zoe from Guest Relations proactively reached out to us, thoughtfully helping to arrange a suitable room type. Knowing we were traveling with children, she even went the extra mile to decorate a fun-filled family room with a child-friendly...
I frequently visit this hotel, and the service is consistently excellent, as are the environment and location. A special shout-out to Sales Manager Liang and Front Desk Manager Ding, who are always proactive and enthusiastic in asking about my needs. Thank you, I'll definitely be back!
A very pleasant stay. I have to commend Zhao from the reservations department for proactively communicating about room availability and check-in times. He was patient, answered all my questions, and explained every detail clearly, making the booking process smooth. Upon arrival, Manager Yang at the front desk was incredibly efficient, handling my check-in quickly with no waiting time. She thoughtfully...
I'm a regular guest at this hotel, and I often book their properties. This particular hotel is in the city center, within the second ring road. The price is a bit higher compared to other hotels, but sometimes when I have business in this area, I have to choose this one. I hope they offer more discounts! 🌈🤪
Huge thanks to Troy Hou for his patient and proactive communication via WeChat. He carefully helped us reserve and arrange the perfect room type, making the entire process smooth and worry-free. Our guests had a fantastic experience after checking in; the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Troy even thoughtfully informed them about weather changes and local travel tips. His...
