The location is decent, relatively close to SKP and the China World Mall area, making travel, shopping, and dining quite convenient. However, the hotel's name is easily confused with Mandarin Oriental, even though they belong to completely different brand systems. This can lead to cognitive discrepancies during the booking stage. Considering the overall experience, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
The hotel leans towards a traditional business style. The pricing isn't budget-friendly, and given the overall hardware conditions, the value isn't particularly high. The basic in-room amenities are complete, with a separate bathroom and a bathtub, and Acca Kappa toiletries are provided. The bedding is comfortable enough. However, there are noticeable signs of aging in the facilities, and maintenance of the details is mediocre. The toilet had a continuous, slight rattling noise, subtly affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
The soundproofing is average. Noise from people passing in the hallway and conversations from public area cleaning staff could be heard in the room, so the quietness wasn't ideal. The room had a strong disinfectant smell, lacking the soothing and elegant fragrance typical of high-end hotels. The overall ambiance felt rather bland.

The hotel is located in the heart of Beijing's CBD, with convenient access to subways and buses nearby. They even have robot room service! The front desk and staff are very welcoming. Despite being close to the extended Chang'an Avenue, it's surprisingly quiet.

The bed was huge and really comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient to get to the China World Trade Center. The facilities were quite new, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I'm satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!

The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The location was great, very close to Guomao, which is quite a walk for someone from northeast China, but still conveniently located in Beijing. The cleanliness was excellent, and the lobby staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, which is rare to find in Beijing!

The front desk lady was very gentle and friendly, and the customer service auntie was also very attentive and caring. The funniest thing was that there were so many food deliveries that the robots couldn't keep up, so the front desk guy personally delivered the orders himself! This hotel is incredibly accommodating.

Better than expected! Mandarin Oriental, as always, is high-end, elegant, and impeccably attentive. The lobby is grand and unique. The room offered a perfect view of the China Zun. The cakes at the lobby bar are super delicious, and only 38 per serving. The mattress instantly made me relax, and I slept exceptionally well. Seeing I had a child, they automatically provided more than 6 bottles of water. I met a friend for dinner at the 6th-floor restaurant; the value for money was excellent, and the service was beyond expectations. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
