Staying at the InterContinental Sanlitun Tongying Center in Beijing was the perfect choice! Rose gave us a thoughtful and detailed introduction to our room's features during check-in, and Yolanda was incredibly quick to respond to our requests, even helping us arrange a late check-out, all with a super sweet smile. Terry meticulously explained the afternoon tea and happy hour offerings at the Executive Lounge, which was an amazing experience! The five-star standard truly lives up to its reputation. Highly recommended!

It was a perfect one night stay! I booked only in the morning and put a special request for a birthday surprise, I didn’t expect such a fast response and the bedroom had special lights, flowers and balloons. Thank you!!! The bathroom was lovely, the gym and pool was stunning! The breakfast was very nice too!

I had a comfortable and clean room experience at InterContinental Sanlitun. I especially want to commend Jessie, Aimee, Zoria, and Eva from the lounge. Their service made my trip pleasant and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the orange juice and champagne at the lounge, and I'll definitely be back.

The front desk service was excellent, especially Summer and Eva who responded promptly to any issues. I extended my stay for several days, and they even brought me complimentary pear juice and fruit, which was fantastic. Sam was also great! The location is superb.

That minor detail was completely overshadowed by how incredibly satisfied I was with everything, from the service to the facilities.

I have to specifically highlight the exceptional service from the Guest Relations team – it was truly the most impressive aspect of my stay. Before I even arrived, a staff member proactively contacted me, patiently and meticulously asking about my check-in needs and travel preferences. They thought ahead to make sure our trip would be smooth, and the communication throughout was seamless, making us feel incredibly welcome even before we set foot in the hotel. After check-in, we found refreshing pear juice specially prepared for us in the room. A sip of the warm, soothing drink was perfect after a long journey, and these thoughtful, heartfelt touches really showed how much care was put into every detail. It immediately gave us a comforting, 'home-away-from-home' feeling. To receive such personalized and warm service in a prime location like Sanlitun, where every inch is precious, is truly remarkable.

I was also completely taken with the room design. It totally broke my preconceived notions of traditional InterContinental hotels, boasting a modern and stylish aesthetic combined with practicality, perfectly aligning with Sanlitun's trendy vibe. The room layout was flexible and well-planned, with clever use of lines and geometric elements, maximizing space without feeling cramped. The interior color scheme was sophisticated and elegant, exuding quality, and the soft furnishings showed impeccable taste in every detail. What's more, the room had fantastic natural light, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, allowing us to soak in the bustling atmosphere of Sanlitun right from our room. Yet, the soundproofing was excellent; once the windows were closed, all external noise was blocked out, providing a quiet sanctuary in a lively, central area. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were comprehensive and high-quality, making for a superb washing experience. It was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, filling me with a sense of happiness whether I was resting or relaxing.
