Stayed here for a work training, and the hotel's environment and service were both great. The bubble tea at the lobby bar was delicious! It's a shame the evening band didn't perform, so I missed out on that. Looking forward to staying here again next time.

I chose the New Qinghai Sheraton for my business trip to Beijing, and to my surprise, it was an amazing experience!
A special thanks to Luke at the front desk, who proactively upgraded our room upon check-in. The room was very spacious and had excellent natural light. What truly impressed me was the KERUYU smart luxury garment care machine in the room. I could just put my suits and coats in for care, and it handled wrinkle removal, drying, and sterilization with one touch. No more lugging around a bulky garment steamer – it's a godsend for refined travel!
The hotel's service was also very thoughtful, the environment was quiet, and the facilities were complete. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Beijing. Highly recommend it to all my friends!

The hotel is conveniently located and the facilities are brand new. The breakfast is abundant, and the beds in the guest rooms are especially comfortable. The room hygiene is excellent, and the staff are professional. The gym and pool are also great, not crowded, and very comfortable. After breakfast, I took a walk in the garden, which has fresh air and is very beautiful. Enjoying a cup of coffee there was delightful. All the details are perfectly executed. I must say, this hotel truly has quality. Highly recommended!

Located in Lize Business District, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming; the rooms are well-maintained and look quite new. The restaurant food is also good, especially the Chinese cuisine and the specialty Qinghai restaurant. The garden is beautiful.

I stayed on the Executive Floor this time. Prior to arrival, I received a call to inquire about my needs. The room was spacious, and I really appreciated the bathroom with built-in speakers – perfect for watching TV while taking a bath. The outdoor garden on the first floor and the terrace outside the lounge were pleasant surprises; they were beautiful and a rare find in a business-heavy area like Lize. The pool was a bit small, but the water quality was good. The lounge dinner was delicious.

Hotel was clean and nice. Room was absolutely spacious with a big working desk for my needs. Able to enjoy the TV while soaking in the bathtub too. Will definitely book this hotel again in the future!

On this business trip to Beijing, I stayed at the Sheraton Beijing Xihai Hotel, located in the Lize Financial Business District. The experience far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star rating!
First, I have to mention the hotel's 'hardware'. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was incredibly spacious. The layout of the living room and bedroom was very well-organized, offering a great sense of space with no feeling of being cramped. The living room was equipped with a B&O sound system and a large Samsung TV, which was perfect for relaxing with music or casting shows. The large bathtub in the bedroom and the well-designed wet and dry separation in the bathroom were also very thoughtful. For business travelers, a bath after a long day completely washes away the fatigue.
Next, I must highly praise the Executive Lounge here. I had heard a lot about the Sheraton Xihai's lounge, and after experiencing it, it certainly lives up to its reputation.
Finally, I want to talk about the service. From check-in at the front desk to room service, every staff member was proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and attentive.

This is our second time staying at the Sheraton Xining Hotel, and while there aren't many five-star hotels in the Fengtai area, the Sheraton Xining really stands out. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh food and a wide variety of options. The executive lounge's evening light dinner was also good, and the vegetable salad was incredibly fresh! The swimming pool is on the 16th floor, and there's also a small heated pool and a sauna. The massage showerheads in the changing rooms were very relaxing.
I'd also like to give a special shout-out to Lotus at the front desk for helping us with a late check-out. It allowed us to enjoy every moment here even more thoroughly and leisurely. We'll definitely be back for our next holiday!
