This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite must-praise. Even a standard room is 50 square meters, which is incredibly rare in Beijing; the spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, and I want to specifically commend Ella. Before I even arrived, she arranged for my pre-sent package to be delivered to my room, making the entire process effortless and reliable. The price is also very reasonable. Compared to small chain hotels nearby that cost upwards of 400-500 yuan, this place offers larger rooms, excellent service, and far better value for money. It will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in town.

Leah handled the check-in process efficiently, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, introduced the hotel facilities, and patiently recommended local attractions and delicious food. Their attitude was gentle and enthusiastic, with attention to detail evident in everything they did. Our stay was fantastic!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was great! Leah checked me in this time, and she was not only efficient but also proactively helped me get a quiet and comfortable room. The hotel is clean and tidy, the bedding is spotless, and the environment is refreshing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the subway station. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

A friend of mine stayed here before and said it was okay, so I didn't hesitate too much to book it. When I arrived, I found it was indeed pretty good. You can tell the rooms have seen better days, but they're not unbearable and didn't bother me. The soundproofing here is excellent, much better than other places I've stayed. Ella provided great service, but I wish there were better parking discounts.

The room was spacious and bright, and the surrounding transportation was convenient, only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 1 and Line 2. It was very easy to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. If you want to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning, you can get to Tiananmen by shared bike in about ten minutes. The hotel service was excellent. After a long day of walking, I was too tired to go out for dinner, so I ordered a lot of takeout. When the robot couldn't deliver it, a staff member would kindly bring it up to my room, which was a very thoughtful touch. Sightseeing in Beijing is definitely a workout; I walked over 20,000 steps every day. There's a Ziguangyuan nearby that you can try – the food is pretty good. Wangfujing also has Donglaishun, which is worth a visit. I thought both places had decent food. The hotel breakfast also offered Beijing local snacks.

Miya at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive, very polite and efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and all in good working order. Plus, the location offers convenient transportation. It's excellent value for money, and my overall experience was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

This hotel is quite old, so don't expect too much. The room facilities are very dated, and the layout isn't great! The hotel entrance is also very congested with traffic! The breakfast isn't good either, with very limited variety and poor taste!

The hotel isn't far from Capital Airport, making it a decent choice for business travelers. However, this time I was given a room right next to the elevator, and the constant 'ding-dong' sound from morning till night was incredibly disruptive to my rest. Also, the executive lounge being located in a cold, dreary corner was quite perplexing...
