The room I booked on Ctrip must be the one designated by the hotel. Because there is an air-conditioning cooling tower downstairs, the noise is very loud. I couldn't rest well at night. I asked to change the room location but it was not changed. The attitude was very bad! It seemed that I could choose to stay or not. So I checked out. The experience was very bad.

The room is very satisfactory. The decoration style is stable and generous. Traditional style and facilities. Unlike the current hotels, there are not enough charging plugs for mobile phones and other items. A bit regrettable.

This is an old hotel in Luohu District, Shenzhen. It has good value for money, convenient parking, and a good location, close to the subway entrance. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide breakfast.

It was good experience. The was very nice, everything you need is available.

Arrived at the hotel in the small hours and was reminded politely by the front desk staff of the need to check out on tge same day in the afternoon. The aircon of room first arranged was not working and upon my reqyest, I was moved to the adjacent room and when I called the front desk again to update him on the room.move, the staff considerately told me to stay until I had a good sleep.
