Great location and atmosphere!

The only downside was the young man working at the front door. I'd suggest training him on the nearest subway directions at the very least. It's not great when he doesn't even know which way the subway is when asked.

The room also has a washing machine, which is a plus! And there are tons of restaurants right outside.

The housekeeper saw my wet clothes hanging in the bathroom and thoughtfully set up a drying rack by the sunny window, moving my clothes there. They even left a handwritten note explaining it. Such great attention to detail! A big shoutout to Liao Yongxiang!

The location and facilities are decent, and the service is quite good. Overall, it offers good value for money. I initially chose this hotel because I saw reviews praising its cleanliness, even mentioning that the tiles were spotless. However, after checking in, I found this not to be the case; the cleanliness was very average. Additionally, the toilet seat warmer seemed to be an add-on and didn't fit the toilet properly, so every time I used it, there was a chance I'd be sitting on cold ceramic, which was quite uncomfortable.

I arrived quite late that day, and they upgraded my room. The front desk staff was efficient and quick, even though several people were checking in at the same time.

The room decor was fine. The upgraded room wasn't big, but it was fully equipped and clean. The only thing was the hot water knob was turned to the left, and it took me a while of running cold water to realize the hot water was on the other side.

There are two points I want to mention. The room itself was well soundproofed, but the door let it down. I could fall asleep, but occasionally, I'd hear faint noises coming from the door. Perhaps they could consider changing the door during future renovations, or maybe it was because my room was next to the elevator. Secondly, I dropped something under the bed, and when I reached to pick it up, I found a pair of slippers that a previous guest had kicked under there. I guess the cleaning staff didn't notice them, as the room's cleanliness was otherwise good; I'd used the tables and everything.

Before I left, I threw away a piece of clothing I no longer wanted. In the afternoon, I received a call saying I'd left a piece of clothing at the hotel, which was a really thoughtful gesture.

The room was much better than I expected. The floor grout was sparkling clean, making me feel very comfortable staying there. The front desk attendant, Xiao Zan, spoke so gently. The hotel is very cozy and conveniently located near the Nanyou Garment City. I specifically brought my mother here to buy clothes. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the hotel even offers free parking and robot delivery service, which is super convenient!

Highly recommend Shenzhen Sunshine Hotel Nanshan Metro Station! It's a 5-minute walk to Nanshan Metro Station and 2 minutes to Nanguang Station, with plenty of bus options downstairs. Plus, free parking for those driving. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, the shower pressure is strong, and the city view is great. The breakfast is extensive, check-in at the front desk is quick, and the service is attentive. It's my top choice for business travel!

The toilet seat is ill-fitting; it doesn't seem to be the original one. If you're a bit bigger, your thighs will touch the lower part of the seat when you use it. I have to wash my legs every time afterwards.

You can see into the bathroom from the outside when someone is showering; the curtain is pretty useless.

The cleaning staff isn't very meticulous. I once saw them clean the toilet seat and then immediately use the same rag to wipe down the sink, which made me hesitant to put my toiletries on the counter.

Aside from that, everything else was great. The front desk was quick to provide scissors and a laundry rack when asked. The room has a very vintage, old-school four-star hotel feel, which is perfect for taking photos if you're into a New Chinese style. This was a pleasant surprise.

What I appreciated most was that the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all from the Pechoin brand.

The hotel is surrounded by a food street, with many restaurants right in the vicinity, which is very convenient.

The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. They offer parking, and it would be even better if breakfast was included. I felt the double bed was a bit small, likely due to the hotel being older with a traditional design that restricts bed size.
