The staff were very friendly and responsive, quickly resolving any issues we had. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the room itself was spacious. The twin room even offered two different bed sizes. Plus, it's conveniently located near a subway station.

Holiday Inn Donghua Shenzhen was one of the best hotels I have already been to. Specially when it comes to facilities like gym (it has an amazing training centre), laundry 24/7 included and easy to use, breakfast amazing with high variety. Besides, it’s basically in front of Nanshan Book Mall station and also its location is well served.

Stayed at Holiday Inn again, and as before, my room was upgraded. It felt like coming home. They've updated the toilets to smart ones, and they even offered complimentary traditional Chinese soup in the evening. Breakfast was good too, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Because of this, I extended my stay for another night in the same room.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and beautiful; she upgraded my room for free. The environment is quiet, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

The front desk upgraded my room type. The hotel has been open for quite a while, but you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into maintaining it; everything is excellent. The delivery robot brought my takeout right up to the room. The subway station is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Futian. Great location and atmosphere! The only downside was the young man working at the front door. I'd suggest training him on the nearest subway directions at the very least. It's not great when he doesn't even know which way the subway is when asked. The room also has a washing machine, which is a plus! And there are tons of restaurants right outside.

I really like this hotel the other reviews say that some of the rooms are difficult to find and it’s like a maze inside and that’s no lie but there’s usually staff wandering the halls. You could ask him they’re very helpful the front check-in is professional and fast the hotel is also very easy to find in convenient nearby metro station. Happy travels.

The path to finding the hotel room is akin to a maze. It makes going back to the room stressful and tiring. It’s a culture shock to see how the rooms are arranged. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the train station. Location wise it’s nearer to the residential area and schools. There’s marts and restaurants around which is convenient.
