Traveled with a friend during the May Day holiday. The hotel's location is excellent; it's only a half-hour subway ride from the airport, even when arriving late at night. The surrounding area boasts a variety of shopping centers. The hotel itself is resplendent, offering a full sense of ancient luxury.

Mother's Day staycation with my mom! The hotel did an excellent job arranging the surprise cake and flowers for her. It's an old-school hotel with classic decor, and I especially want to mention how great the breakfast was!

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the cleanliness is exceptional, with all facilities well-maintained and fully functional. Flora provided attentive and professional service, promptly resolving any issues. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring.

Room 999's cleanliness was a huge letdown! The facilities were practically unusable – the showerhead was awkwardly positioned, making it difficult to shower, and the sink faucet had a bizarre design. The area around the bed was dirty, and the chair had numerous stains. I'm shocked this room passed any kind of inspection. Due to a flight delay, I didn't arrive at the hotel until 4 AM. I only managed to get a few hours of sleep, woke up around 10 AM, ordered some takeout, and then headed straight to Hong Kong. I stayed at this Hotel around the time it opened in 2007 for about a month. Well yeh its a great Hotel, service was fabulous although communication was a little difficult. This Hotel has the lot and spotless as I do have a cleaning business. I highly recommend it, enjoy.

Very good value (4000 yuan for two rooms for three nights). Nice bathrooms and showers, and free wifi in rooms.

Xiao Lu was an amazing receptionist. She made the whole stay very pleasant. For a non english speaker, she helped me with ordering food and was ptient with communicating with me.

Value for money, big room with full height glass unlike other hotels of similar price (smaller & no window) but location a bit out.

Overall it was a fine hote rooms and toilets were big. The bed was big. It is a combined hotel with different hotels in the same building, the location was ok, walkable to the station , and also some restaurants nearby. Generally this experience was ok.

This cliffside room offers great value for money. It's cheap, close to the subway station, and check-in was quick. The views are nice, and the other tenants are friendly. It's really suitable for people who come to Shenzhen to work hard, haha.

I came here alone to take an exam. The location was easy to find, the room was quite clean, and there was a sliding curtain on the bed, which was very good for privacy. I could lie on the bed and read books and listen to music quietly without disturbing each other. . .
