The room door lock was broken and couldn't be deadbolted, leaving me feeling completely unsafe. The mirror, toilet, and bedsheets all had noticeable black stains, raising serious concerns about cleanliness. To make matters worse, there was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, and it was only a USB port. My charger kept falling out, making it a real hassle to charge anything.
