An experience that exceeded all expectations! Four nights here and I didn't want to leave! This four-night stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is tranquil and elegant, with lush greenery beautifully arranged, making a stroll feel like walking through a natural oxygen bar – my mood instantly relaxed. The room was spacious and bright, and the most pleasant surprise was the bathtub with direct access to hot spring water. After a busy day, soaking in the steaming hot spring while gazing at the seamless sea and sky view outside the window, all my fatigue just melted away! The butler service was incredibly attentive; they not only arranged a sea-view room with a fantastic vista as requested, where opening the window revealed an endless ocean, allowing me to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to watch the sunrise over the sea, but also ensured daily housekeeping was quick and quiet, with timely replenishment of amenities. Even the towels were neatly folded, and the cleanliness was up to five-star standards! The hotel's other facilities are also excellent, with a pool and relaxation areas readily available. My four-day, three-night stay was comfortable and delightful; the service was thoughtful, the environment was healing, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again for my next vacation! Highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality! 🥥

The service was top-notch; our dedicated butler was professional and incredibly attentive, providing personalized service from check-in guidance to arranging activities – everything was handled perfectly. As for the environment, the hotel boasts stunning surroundings with an incredible beachfront view of Haitang Bay, and the garden landscaping is exquisite, creating a truly immersive resort atmosphere. The hygiene standards are exceptionally high, with spotless rooms and amenities that looked brand new. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, featuring a themed pool, a private beach, and a very stylish design. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including fresh-cut fruits, freshly baked pastries, and local specialties. We will definitely be returning for a second visit!

The hotel service was excellent! After booking, my butler, Lizi, upgraded our room, so we could watch the sunrise right from our bed. She also helped us arrange a late check-out. A huge shout-out to my butler Lizi! The hotel itself is massive and incredibly beautiful, with a private beach and several free swimming pools. Our room even included a complimentary hot spring experience, which was incredibly relaxing in the evening.

The hotel's beach is secluded and peaceful, with no pushy vendors. However, Haitang Bay has strong waves, making it unsuitable for swimming. The bathtub in the room was well-cleaned, with no noticeable dust, and all essential facilities were provided, such as clean and odor-free slippers. The hotel's buffet was good, and it's also a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to nearby shopping areas for other dining options. Some facilities are currently undergoing renovation, but it should be even better once they are completed.

I first stayed at Haitang Bay No. 9 in January 2017 and thought it was wonderful. This time, I specifically returned to Sanya to relive that experience and make new memories. Haitang Bay No. 9 is still just as beautiful. Even after nine years, the hotel feels incredibly spacious, and all the designs are very tasteful. The garden scenery is absolutely stunning, and it's quite peaceful and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the dining environment is lovely too. I especially love the café, with its melodious music accompanying the views of the lawn, palm trees, and the sea – it's truly magnificent.

Service: Upon arrival, a concierge helped with luggage, and check-in was quick. The passion fruit service (likely a staff member's name or a special service) was enthusiastic. We arrived during peak hours, and while we were queuing, they proactively came over to greet us, offered lemon water, and even recommended local dining and entertainment options. 👍
