Our stay was fantastic, and a special shout-out to Livia, our butler. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; she anticipated all our needs and responded promptly to every request. She was gentle yet professional, making us feel completely at ease and cared for. She was there for us every step of the way, and her attention to detail was exceptional, truly making us feel right at home. Highly recommend! The restaurant also offered a rich variety of delicious dishes, and the ambiance was wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch! 👍

Our housekeeper, Yulia, was excellent! She communicated promptly and provided thoughtful service. Since our flight was very early, she even packed us breakfast to go. The hotel breakfast itself was abundant and delicious, and the vinegared sour soup set meal also featured fantastic ingredients.

I really loved the hotel's design style; the greenery and wood accents are perfect for a beach holiday, giving it a real vacation vibe. The room also had a great atmosphere with lots of thoughtful little details, which I appreciated. Just one small complaint: when we entered the hotel, we were asked if we had suitcases. We said no, but we were carrying a really large duffel bag, and no one offered to help with it. Do they only help with suitcases and not duffel bags? 😂

My Sanya trip was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a huge shout-out to ONE Hotel Sanya and our butler, Jessica! The hotel's eco-friendly design is incredibly stylish, and the wooden-themed room was comfortable and peaceful. The infinity pool and sky bar are super photogenic. Jessica's service was incredibly thoughtful, she was available 24/7, helped arrange our check-in in advance, and even gave us insider tips on hidden gems and delicious local food. She quickly resolved any minor issues we encountered during our trip. Her service was attentive and warm throughout, with every detail taken care of. She was always responsive, professional, and efficient, making us feel completely at home. Highly recommend – I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The hotel's design is truly impressive, with a facade covered in greenery and a lobby that's wonderfully air-conditioned – it was the most comfortable check-in experience I've had. The breakfast was incredibly diverse and plentiful, though the variety surpassed the taste. The best dish was the egg and fermented tofu pudding, and the cucumber juice was delicious. The bed in the room was also very comfortable, leading to a great night's rest. Overall, the hardware facilities and environment are top-notch for this price point. However, I later learned from reviews that the original management team has left, and I could definitely sense a decline in service. I hope this hotel continues to improve.

I booked a mid-range room, and the private pool was quite large, which was great for swimming. Now for the downsides: First, the hotel's overall service was subpar, leading to a poor user experience. Second, the bedding in the pool room felt damp, causing my knees to ache while sleeping. Third, the breakfast was disappointing, on par with what you'd find at a budget motel. Fourth, the shower had very weak water pressure and old equipment. Recommendation: If you have high standards, I suggest staying at a top-tier five-star hotel instead.

My family was quite satisfied. The breakfast, pool, and service were all very good. The only minor flaw was a cigarette butt in the shower room. Since none of us smoke, I think there's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. However, this small issue doesn't overshadow the positives; staying at your hotel will still be my top choice next time.
