The renovated room was pretty good, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The only minor drawback is that there aren't many food options or shopping areas around the hotel, but for the price, it's really great value for money.

Seeing that Suzhou Marriott Hotel had a promotional rate, and I was planning to visit Suzhou Bay Museum and Grand Theatre over the weekend, I immediately booked a stay. A 60-square-meter suite with lounge access felt amazing. It's very convenient to get around; just a few hundred meters walk from Xihuan Road Station on Metro Line 1. The front desk staff were very thoughtful, and the service staff were also enthusiastic. The hygiene was clean and tidy, all in all, very good!

The location is very convenient, close to all the must-visit attractions in Gusu District. The staff, especially Melody and Lilian, were incredibly responsive. The doorman always made sure to open the taxi door for us, which was a lovely and thoughtful detail. The view is absolutely fantastic, overlooking all of Suzhou!

Although a bit old, it's very well-maintained! The auntie at the hotel entrance was constantly cleaning! We paid a little extra and upgraded to an executive room, which was great! It included afternoon tea and a light dinner. The staff were all very polite! It was a good experience, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Our stay was fantastic, and a big thank you to Sarah from the lobby bar and Penny Lion from the Western restaurant. Sarah was incredibly gentle and meticulous, providing excellent service. Penny Lion was professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. All three demonstrated exceptional professionalism and deserve high praise!

I'm a regular at this hotel. It's super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The subway is just a 5-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere. They always follow up after check-in, and I've stayed here multiple times for business trips. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly warm and professional. The room was spotless and quite spacious. It's super close to Hanshan Temple, making it a top choice for a holiday trip to Suzhou. A big thank you to Penny, Lion, Gracie, and Sarah for their thoughtful service!

The environment is great, clean, and hygienic! For service, I initially booked a king room, but the hotel kindly switched me to a standard twin room. There was no breakfast, but the hotel gave me a discount, which was a great deal. The staff were also very attentive and had excellent service. I'm very satisfied with this trip to Suzhou! My child especially loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou. A good hotel really makes a huge difference when you're traveling!

I stayed at the Suzhou Marriott Hotel for 2 nights during my trip to Suzhou and had a wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. The location is also quite good, not far from the metro station. What really stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Lilian and Katrina, who were incredibly attentive. The hotel truly embodies the high quality expected from a renowned brand.
