This stay was fantastic. The hotel has a great location, convenient for getting around, and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I slept very well at night. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, processed the paperwork efficiently and quickly, and provided excellent service. Overall, it's great value for money, with a quiet and comfortable environment, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel has a good location, near Suzhou Center, just minutes from the Gate to the Orient. I had a very good impression of the hotel, but I was still somewhat disappointed! The service at the hotel front desk needs improvement. During check-in, we were told the three rooms would be together, but they were in two different buildings. One of our rooms was completely filled with electrical noise at night. When we asked the front desk, they said they didn't know anything, and even after calling someone to check, there was no response. The noise was so loud we couldn't sleep. How can they check us in with such a room? Are the hotel front desk staff so unfamiliar with the hotel's room facilities? I almost called the police for help. Luckily, the lobby manager came and helped us, moving us to a beauty room where we could barely sleep! It was a terrible experience! A very disappointing stay.

If you are particular about the age of room facilities, are sensitive to noise during sleep, or have poor sleep quality, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. It seems to be a converted clubhouse of a real estate developer. It's an old-fashioned European-style hotel. At night, I noticed light shining through the air conditioner vents, and I was constantly worried something might fall down; I don't understand this design.

There was a loud machine noise at night, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from without the air conditioner on.

The floors and ceilings are very old, with moldy patches, and the walls are covered in wallpaper.

The breakfast is very health-conscious and economical: it's a set menu, and everyone gets a fixed set regardless of their preferences or appetite; there are no options or refills. The location is impeccable; it's within walking distance of Suzhou Center, Gate to the East, and Jinji Lake.

The service was relatively satisfactory. After check-in, I found several items missing from the room, and the front desk responded quickly after I called repeatedly.

The price is entirely due to the location! Value for money varies from person to person!

This time I stayed in a suite priced at more than 1,000 yuan.
The room facilities are old and have many problems (the shower was repaired after it leaked, repaired at night when there was no hot water, the toilet leaked and continued to leak after being repaired, the switch panel was deglued, the cabinet had a strong smell, the room was too bright during the day and too dark at night, and there were stairs up and down the room) Inconvenience (the seats looked luxurious and uncomfortable, the mahjong table was dirty), the soundproofing was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night.
After checking in, I took a lesson in customer service. The young man at the front desk took the trouble to help solve the problem and praised me.
The overall value for money is slightly less than 200 yuan for a convenient hotel. Considering that the location is very expensive, it is reasonable that the actual room rate is slightly higher, but it is not worth recommending.
It's a pity that I couldn't appreciate all the good reviews in Ctrip's reviews.
Most of the negative reviews are true.

I booked two double rooms with friends and wanted to live together. The front desk helped arrange an upgrade to a duplex suite. I was very satisfied! Breakfast is not a buffet but a set meal. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The front desk service is very good. The surrounding night view is very good at night. It is a ten-minute walk from the Jinji Lake Musical Fountain. I had dinner in the hotel with my friends. It tasted nice and recommended.
