I stayed at this hotel during my May Day trip to Suzhou, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, right by Dushu Lake, and the garden-style architecture creates an elegant and atmospheric ambiance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. The concierge was proactive in helping with my luggage, providing excellent service. A special shout-out to Louis, whose service was attentive and thoughtful throughout. He provided detailed explanations of the surrounding commercial areas, attractions, and transportation options, which was extremely helpful. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. The layout was well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Suzhou.

The hotel, as always, maintained its high standards. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with the beef noodles and pastries being particularly memorable. The hotel is conveniently located right by Dushu Lake, close to the Cherry Blossom Avenue and a charming little chapel. Enjoying a boat ride on the lake is perfect for springtime fun. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

This hotel is located right next to Dushu Lake Cherry Blossom Avenue, very close to the Christian Church, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning! 👍 You can see the church from your room, and the view outside the window is just beautiful! 👍

As for the service, it was excellent. The staff were always proactive and enthusiastic in helping with any requests. 👍

Regarding the facilities, I felt that because the hotel has been around for a while, the room amenities were a bit dated. Surprisingly, there were no USB charging ports, and coincidentally, I hadn't brought a power adapter this time. Talk about bad luck! Thankfully, housekeeping was able to lend me one.

The hotel breakfast was really good. The mini wontons, Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles, and bread were all excellent. I was very satisfied with breakfast.
