i stayed here for 2 nights. the hotel is nice, and the staff is friendly. the room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just okay (kinda small restaurant) and it's near a convenience store, just walk to go there

We have paid for late check out but Staff not cooperating they want to change the room to a smaller one !! , breakfast should include more international foods !

I had a very satisfying stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway station, and it's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was very fast. The room was more spacious than I expected, clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast, in particular, was worth mentioning – a wide variety of options and delicious. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

It says 'no smoking,' but as soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell of smoke. Even with the air purifier on all night, my hair still smelled like smoke the next morning. My husband stayed one night and his rhinitis flared up the next day! We had booked two nights, but as soon as I entered the room, I decided to cancel the second night immediately. If my husband hadn't said, 'Let's just deal with tonight since we've already checked in,' I honestly would have grabbed our luggage and left! All night long, the guy next door snored so loudly it sounded like he was right next to me. 🙂 From about 6 AM the next morning, there was no peace and quiet. Sounds of chairs being dragged around, kids being disciplined – I guess the hotel can't control guests' actions. Why did I rate service a 2? Because the noise also came from the staff. Starting at 7 AM, the cleaning ladies were chatting loudly across several rooms. 🙂 Are you two performing a duet? There was no way to sleep in the room; it was just too noisy. I initially thought it was really cheap and worried about potential issues, but then thought, 'It's a Holiday Inn Express, so it should be fine'... but it turned out to be a complete disaster. 🙂 Blacklisting all IHG hotels... Look at the Marriott next door; even their lower-tier brands wouldn't manage a hotel this way. Speechless.

The room had an excellent design. The lobby was spacious and beautiful, the corridors were a good size with clear signage, and the room itself was just right. The bathroom was convenient and bright, and the small sofa by the bed was very practical. A wonderful experience!

The room is very spacious with a direct view of the river, offering a great panorama. It also has a small sofa, and the layout is very well-designed. The service staff were very gentle and provided attentive service. There's a robot in the lobby for delivering food and goods, which is very convenient. The environment is quiet, making it highly recommended for a family trip.

This hotel offers great value for money. For less than 300, you get a clean and tidy room in Xuhui District, plus free parking. There's a KFC next door, a Starbucks across the street, and a mall nearby, making dining very convenient.
