Nice hotel, comfortable and very well located near metro line 1. Rooms nicely appointed. View is spectacular. Too bad we couldn’t open the balcony door for the security reasons.

The fact that I choose to stay at the Anting whenever I visit Shanghai speaks volumes about how satisfied I am with this hotel. I just love its peaceful, vintage vibe, a quiet escape in a bustling area. Plus, it's incredibly convenient, only a two-minute walk from Hengshan Road subway station. My favorite restaurant, Solo, is also right next door in Yongping Lane. The staff are all very nice and provide attentive service. While the room facilities aren't new, they are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. I don't have high demands for AI, so I found it perfectly fine. My only minor regret is that the beautiful balcony isn't accessible for use.

The Shanghai Anting Villa is perfect for a slow-paced, relaxing getaway! Located on Anting Road in Xuhui, it's surrounded by beautiful sycamore trees and features Spanish-style garden villa architecture, exuding an authentic old Shanghai charm. It's just a 5-minute walk to Hengshan Road subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The courtyard greenery is stunning, and the archway garden is incredibly photogenic; the atmosphere when the morning sun shines through is absolutely magical. The rooms are clean and elegant, with a vintage decor that feels very high-quality, and the amenities are comprehensive and refined. The staff are warm and attentive; the doorman proactively offers hot tea and is always ready to assist, providing that thoughtful service you'd expect from a classic hotel. I absolutely love it here and stay here every time I visit.

Thank you for my wonderful stay. The hotel is truly beautiful and very well located. There are 3 metro lines nearby, the neighborhood is very charming, and the hotel is situated in a quiet area. The service was excellent. I felt like a queen thanks to the friendly service and beautiful surroundings.

The king-size room was clean and tidy, and even had a bathtub. The villa area has beautiful scenery, perfect for a morning stroll. The lobby staff were friendly and proactively helped with luggage. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything tasted delicious, especially the wontons, noodles, and freshly made waffles.

This was my second stay, and I've successfully recommended it to my friends too. The hotel has its own garden and is housed in a building from the last century. Despite its age, the hygiene is excellent. The only downside was the showerhead. It's very quiet and super close to Hengshan Road Metro Station. There are several restaurants and cafes nearby, so you could easily spend a leisurely day just exploring the vicinity. All in all, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The hotel is located in downtown Shanghai, and it feels like it's nestled within a residential compound. The Chinese-style simple afternoon tea set was served in a very stylish setting, both retro and elegant. The front desk upgraded our room, which was lovely – quaint and charming. The breakfast was quite unique; I made sure to try the Cifan (sticky rice roll), which was savory and delightfully oily. This hotel is perfect for a vacation.

The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, and the service was outstanding. The staff were all smiles and proactively helped with our luggage. It's also conveniently located for dining and shopping, with a subway station nearby for easy access to transport.

This hotel has a lot of character and comes with a garden, making it a quiet oasis on Anting Road. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection was simple, the setting where we enjoyed it was absolutely beautiful.
