I had a very nice clean and peaceful stay (: door is a bit thin so you can occasionally hear your neighbours, but everyone was very quiet. They have lockers for taobao delivery and the lil robot for ******* waimai.

The only thing that surprised me is how open the toilet is - i recommend room sharing only if you're very comfortable with who you're travelling with as there is no solid door or wall enclosing the shower or toilet bowl 🤣🤣🤣 aka when you poop the whole room will experience it.

They gave fruits and two sodas as welcome snacks, and housekeeping is very conscientious and replaced my towels and floor rugs and cleared all my waimai daily (:

It's also very easy to get a didi from here!! It's not super near the touristy locations, but I used didi my whole trip and most places were within 20-30 mins of didi.

Great location, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was quiet and comfortable, perfect for all ages. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose Fairfield again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The subway station is just a 7-8 minute walk away. They even have a free laundry room and, surprisingly, provide complimentary laundry pods, which is a fantastic touch! My child was a bit noisy, and Olivia at the front desk even gave them a small charm to help calm them down. Thumbs up for that!

There were large bottles of mineral water in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room had an open-plan layout, a bit different from other hotels. When I checked in, the front desk staff, Julie, saw I was sweating a lot and proactively offered me tissues, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodles – they were delicious and came with a great variety of toppings. Seriously good!

The hotel lobby has a pleasant aroma and a row of bookshelves that give it an artistic touch. The front desk staff was very friendly, and a special thanks to Olivia for recommending Shanghai attractions and local food. The breakfast was also good, a nice mix of Chinese and Western options, and the transportation was convenient.

The breakfast at Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Chinese and Western styles. The freshly made noodles and fried eggs were especially popular. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The coffee was rich and delicious. The dining area was clean and bright, and the staff were warm and attentive, clearing plates quickly. It offers excellent value for money and really powered me up for the day. Highly recommended!

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The breakfast selection was also very rich. Across the street is a park, and there are many commercial areas nearby. Getting around is very convenient. It's a hotel truly worth experiencing.

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and I'm really glad I stayed here. I called ahead to mention some room preferences, and the front desk noted everything down and arranged it perfectly. That instantly made a great impression! The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. It's a bit close to the elevated highway, but surprisingly, I couldn't really hear any road noise from my room. Plus, there's a free laundry room. The value for money here is truly excellent. Highly recommend it!
