My stay at this hotel on Hengshan Road was a really good experience. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly proactive, warm, and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The bedding in the bedroom was excellent and comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Metro Line 1. There are also many popular photo-op spots nearby, perfect for a city walk.

Conveniently located with the subway right outside, it's just one stop to Xujiahui. My kids really love the large bathtub here, which is why we stayed again. A big thanks to the front desk for the free upgrade to a balcony room! 😊😊

Whenever I visit Shanghai, I've only stayed here for the past three years. The facilities are a bit dated, but the hotel has this charming vibe reminiscent of an economic boom era. It's quiet, convenient, and the service is just right – everything is exactly as I'd expect.

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless, and the service was excellent. The pool was also a great bonus. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station. It's also a short walk to Wukang Building, and the ground floor of that area is full of old, charming houses.

Visited Hualuxe Hengshan Road on a friend's recommendation. The hotel's style perfectly blends with the historical Hengfu district, offering a tranquil ambiance amidst the hustle and bustle. The public areas are adorned with a rich collection of unique and artistic exhibits. The rooms are comfortable, and there's a wide variety of dining options. With hotels in Shanghai's city center becoming increasingly difficult to book and more expensive recently, this hotel's pricing is particularly attractive.

I found the environment excellent, with great views and a fantastic, quiet location. The courtyard design feels very upscale, and the bamboo grove in the central courtyard is beautiful. With the window open at night, you get the lovely sounds and scents of nature.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the room they assigned us was absolutely perfect – spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It'll definitely be one of my top choices for future business trips and vacations! Plus, it's super close to popular spots like Wukang Road, with its array of restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore, take photos, and create lasting memories of our visit!

I was very disappointed with my stay this time. The front desk service was terrible! Everything was so robotic, and they didn't prioritize solving guests' issues. Many of the elevators and other facilities were broken and hadn't been repaired. It was a really bad experience, and I won't be coming back.
