My stay here was incredibly satisfying. The overall value for money and convenience were outstanding, making it an excellent choice for leisure travel, short-term stays, or business trips. What truly impressed me was the hotel's location. It's situated right in the bustling heart of the city center, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere and complete amenities. This perfectly catered to all my needs for sightseeing, daily dining, and shopping.

The hotel is right next to the entrances for Metro Line 2 and Line 10, just a short walk away, offering excellent public transport connectivity. Whether heading to popular tourist spots, shopping districts, or transport hubs, there's no need for detours or transfers, significantly saving travel time. Even with luggage, moving around was stress-free, which is especially friendly for out-of-town visitors.

The living experience also completely exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and well-arranged, feeling neither cramped nor stuffy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows and mattress offered just the right amount of firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down. The soundproofing was also excellent; despite being in a busy area, it was remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest undisturbed by external noise. The indoor facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with meticulous attention to hygiene details and effective wet-dry separation. The toiletries were of good quality, making the overall living experience comfortable and pleasant.

The convenience of the hotel's surroundings is truly impeccable. Downstairs and nearby, there are all sorts of unique restaurants, popular local eateries, supermarkets, convenience stores, and shopping centers. It was incredibly convenient for daily meals, shopping, and leisurely strolls, allowing me to experience the lively urban atmosphere at any time.

My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The prime downtown location, extreme convenience of two metro lines, comfortable living environment, coupled with complete surrounding amenities, perfectly suits all kinds of travel needs. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bund Puyan hotel. It was our first time in Shanghai and with this hotel and we were assigned Shirley as our housekeeper. She upgraded our room for free so we had a clear view of the city skyline and was on hand for any questions and recommendations. When my husband came down with food poisoning she extended our check out by several hours so he could rest and gave us a lovely gift bag when we left. A wonderful experience and we are very grateful to Shirley for looking after us. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

Traveling to Shanghai, I chose this hotel for its excellent location, very close to Nanjing Road and the Bund. The staff were warm and welcoming. I stayed in the Oriental Pearl twin room, which was very spacious with two beds and offered a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Overall, I was satisfied. When checking out, the staff even helped me carry my luggage down the steps, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended! 👌

Came to Shanghai and chose this hotel. I stayed in a river view king room, and the river view was excellent, with a clear view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The room was clean and tidy. Because I had something urgent, the staff even brought my luggage down for me in advance. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend it! 😜😜

The most delightful surprise was the private slide and ball pit right in the room! No need to venture out; we had an immersive playtime experience right there. The slide was secure and stable with a moderate incline, and the ball pit balls were clean and soft. My child had a blast from morning till night, jumping, playing, and frolicking with boundless energy, completely freeing up the parents' hands. The adults could finally relax and unwind.
