I highly recommend Conrad Shanghai for first-time visitors to the city. The neon lights nearby are incredibly cinematic, and besides the great location, the hotel staff are fantastic, especially Ivy, Evelyn, and Thena, who provided very attentive service.

Overall, pretty good! For those driving, make sure to go to the first counter at the front desk to register your license plate and get a parking voucher. The location is very convenient, and the staff, Freya, CICI, and IVY, are very responsible. Freya, in particular, made a great impression during check-in.

The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Daisy at the front desk upgraded our room, and Diana and Quan-G provided wonderful service. IVY and Evelyn were also very patient. The room was quiet and comfortable, offering good value for money, making our stay very relaxing. We would definitely consider staying at the Conrad again on our next visit to Shanghai.

This hotel is like a time capsule from the 90s. The carpets, decor, colours, everything has been meticulously maintained over the years. Very friendly staffs, esp Concierge Hunter. He was so patience with guiding me how to use the didi for the first time and even wrote me a directions on a paper making sure I can get my way back to the hotel.
