Unless you're truly on an extreme budget, do not stay here. It's true that for just over 100 RMB in Shanghai, you can't expect much, and one shouldn't be too greedy for cheap deals, but this was unacceptable. The hotel floor was incredibly dirty; I even had to buy a mop and clean it myself, and the mop turned black from the grime. There were also holes and cigarette burn marks on the floor, as pictured. The walls were stained. The soundproofing was terrible – I could hear neighbors turning their lights on and off, let alone any loud conversations. The hotel entrance was crawling with cockroaches; returning at night, I was constantly afraid of stepping on one and it bursting. This was the absolute worst for me, as I'm terrified of cockroaches, so I quickly checked out the next day and moved to another hotel.

All in all, unless you have absolutely no budget and desperately need a private space, for around 100 RMB, you'd be much better off staying in a decent hostel, or just spending a bit more for a reputable chain hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. My only slight complaint is that the walls were a bit thin. However, considering Shanghai's high property costs, getting a room at this price point offers excellent value for money.

1. **Fantastic Location**: Just a 10-minute walk from the subway station, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and convenience stores. It's incredibly convenient for both business trips and short getaways, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat.
2. **Spotlessly Clean**: The room felt incredibly fresh and inviting. The bedding was odorless, and the bathroom was immaculately clean.
3. **Great Value for Money**: The price is reasonable, and it offers all the essential amenities: fast-cooling AC, ample hot water, and reliable WiFi. A one-night stay perfectly met all my basic needs, and it's definitely a more dependable choice than many other hotels in the same price bracket.
4. **Thoughtful Service**: Check-in and check-out at the front desk were swift. When I inquired about local directions, the staff patiently assisted me, and they even proactively reminded me about breakfast hours. These small details really added a warm touch.

Overall, for a budget hotel, its cleanliness, convenience, and excellent value are definite strong points. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Given the location and price, there's really not much to say. It's probably the best value for money you'll find. Crucially, it's very clean, and all the basic amenities are provided. The only minor drawback is that drinking water isn't supplied. However, considering the price, that's perfectly acceptable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Zhenping Road (Metro Lines 3 & 4) and Langao Road (Metro Line 7) metro stations, offering excellent connectivity. The surrounding area is well-equipped with restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops, which is very practical. The hygiene was excellent; the room felt very clean. For a Shanghai hotel, it offers fantastic value for money.

I stayed for one night as I had a class in the vicinity. The hotel itself was lovely, and the room was spotless. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, efficient in handling things, and very polite. Highly recommended.
