Hotels near metro Ulitsa Tsaoyan in Shanghai

The room facilities were clean and tidy overall, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to Global Harbor shopping center, and it's only a 3-5 minute walk to Jinshajiang Road Metro Station on Line 3. Overall, it's great and worth recommending!

This hotel is super close to the subway station, which is perfect for anyone catching a high-speed train. The location is excellent. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, definitely five stars! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a shopping mall called Global Harbor just down the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Mercure is always my top choice when I travel. The ambiance, from the lobby to the rooms, is excellent. The lady at the front desk was incredibly attentive and really focused on the guest experience. All the staff are professional and dedicated, always offering suggestions from a customer's perspective. The breakfast is delicious too; the coffee machine is great, and the mini wontons every morning...

The rooms at Mercure Hotel are clean, tidy, spacious, and odorless. It's definitely worth coming back!

I was with my daughter in this hotel for 10 days in the period from 03/28/2026. It was a great experience. Clean, tidy, clean sheets and pillows. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and smiling. The location is excellent. Across the street from the hotel is the Global Harbor shopping mall. The laundry service is also a great thing. The cleaning ladies are very kind and nice. We will come...

The room was very clean. All the facilities were incredibly quiet, from the elevator to the air conditioning and the main entrance – very impressive! The service attitude was also excellent!

Facilities: Well-equipped with new amenities. There's also a mini-mart downstairs selling drinks and snacks. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy throughout. Environment: Great atmosphere, suitable for both business and family trips. Service: Excellent overall, from the front desk and restaurant to the room cleaning service.

Location is good,Room was clean .

This stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly quiet and spotless, not a single odd smell. The hotel service was also excellent, making for a super comfortable stay. I'll definitely be booking this place again next time!

Absolutely fantastic! They even gave me a small cup upon check-in. Queeny Guan at the front desk was incredibly kind and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. I hope to stay here again sometime! ٩（˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́）و！！

Very modern hotel! I have really enjoyed it

The room was very clean, and its proximity to the metro station made it super convenient for my business trip.

It was well situated for me, the staff was helpful - some speak English. One can do the laundry there (but no socks, no underwear, for question of hygiene they say) - the issue is that a lot of people do their laundry until late night and speak such as if they were in their living room instead of keeping quiet or at least close the door - and my room was next to that place. Walls are poorly insulated...

The front desk service was excellent, the rooms were well-equipped, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The room was clean and hygienic, the service was attentive, there was no noise at night, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall, it was quite good!

The room was too small; one side of the bed was against the wall, and there was no place to put my suitcase. The room looked quite different from the photos the seller posted. I checked in at 1 a.m. and they were already urging me to check out at 11:20 p.m.

Facilities: So-so. Don't expect too much for the price! Cleanliness: Just okay, anyway. Environment: I was staying overnight on a business trip. It was just okay. Service: The service was just okay. I ordered breakfast, but I didn't eat it, and they didn't tell me what time it would be.
