Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel during my trip to Shanghai. The service, as always, was excellent. Evan from the lobby was humble and polite, and very knowledgeable about local attractions. He recommended many restaurants and places to visit in Shanghai. 👍

The room was large and comfortable. Although the facilities were a bit dated, they were very well-maintained. The service was also proactive, warm, and attentive. The executive lounge had a beautiful environment with a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast was also extensive. The set meal at Thai Ying Restaurant was huge; two people couldn't even finish it.

The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transport. Marry Liu at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded my room upon check-in. The room was clean and tidy, on a high floor, and had double-glazed soundproof windows. There were also tea bags and welcome drinks provided.

This is my third stay this year, and I keep coming back for a few reasons: It's close to the city center, the rooms are spacious, and the double bed is 1.35m. Although the facilities are a bit dated, for this location and price, it's really good value for money! I especially love the breakfast at Gujing!

Excellent stay of seven nights while visiting Shanghai this May. Love the daily breakfast, large/comfy king bed, large TV screen, adequate daily cleaning service, free laundry service on premise, convenient location in the center of Jin An district. The only complaint is the loud noises at late night from the restaurant/bars across the street which disturb my sleep almost every night :((

The environment is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options. It's also very close to Zhongshan Park. It was very quiet at night, with no noise, and I appreciated the no-smoking policy inside the room.

The location is super convenient, really close to Wuning Road metro station. It's also very clean, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. There's a spacious common area in the lobby, perfect for eating or reading. But the best part is the front desk service – they're so helpful and patient, really good at communicating and solving any issues.
