I failed to notice there's no mini fridge until I checked in and unpacked. I like that the room flooring is non-carpeted, the bathroom is a little small with a lack of hooks but not an issue since I'm alone. Love the open wardrobe which is great for me to lay out all my stuff.
The laundry room has 3 washers and 2 dryers, as well as a standing steam iron. Works perfectly, taking an hour for wash, 1.5 hrs for drying. They do have a robot sending parcels / deliveries to the room but no smart tech in the room itself, I'm missing Xiao Du already.
The lobby smells a little of cigarettes though the hotel is smoke-free (well all indoor spaces in Shanghai is supposed to be).
