Had a fantastic stay! The room offered an unobstructed, front-row view and was very clean and comfortable. The indoor heated pool was large, with crystal-clear water at a perfect temperature. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a Fantasy Suite. I requested a room ending in '10' and though it wasn't on a high floor, the 'three-piece' (bathroom amenities) facing me when I entered at night were truly excellent! 👍

Hotel is always busy and the butler system wasn’t effective. I had to remind numerous times for delivery of items. It is really quite frustrating. I didn’t find the location to be strategic, it’s quite a walk to nanjing road but still walkable. We appreciated the afternoon tea, supper and laundry by butler. Other than that, it’s quite an average hotel.

The staff was very welcoming. I was given an early check-in and the staff assisted in giving us rooms that are near to each other for us to facilitate care to our 3 children. Knowing that we need to be out early for our disneyland and railway trips, the staff provided us with early breakfast and snacks arrangements for us. I went to Shanghai First People's Hospital for medical treatment and stayed here. The location is excellent and I can walk to the hospital. It is also close to Sichuan North Road subway station, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding businesses.

It's pretty good. It's good enough for the price. I'll stay here next time. The Bund is not far away. I'll ride a bicycle. Please note that bicycles cannot enter the Bund area. I need to find a place to park in advance.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Shanghai. The location is unbeatable for convenience and delicious food. The staff here is always nice, professional, and helpful. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and there’s a daily special soup. Even though the prices here are relatively high, I always have a nice stay!

Expect ervice in this hotel to be lower than other hotels in the area. Stated to provide mini bar, however other hotels provide better mini bar even without stating that they’ll be providing complimentary mini bar. Room does look good but that’s all. Lots of stuff in the room doesn’t work. Curtains doesn’t open, television isn’t connected to wifi.

The room was quite good, with a simple yet complete decor – it had everything needed, and the shower had great water pressure. Since I booked through Ctrip and not HUAZHU, my silver membership didn't really help, and I couldn't get a late checkout, not even by an hour. However, when I booked a Hanting in Hangzhou through Ctrip, I was able to extend my checkout until 2 PM. Every time I took the elevator, there was a sewage-like odor. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The location is quite convenient, with plenty of eateries downstairs. However, the steps at the entrance are really inconvenient for guests with large luggage.
