I can’t say this hotel isn't worth the price, as my factory supplier booked and paid for the stay. However, this is the first time—and highly likely the last time—I will ever choose to stay with this hotel chain. Here are a few reasons why:
No coffee: There is no coffee available in the room, in the lobby, or even within walking distance.
Mosquitoes: The room had a noticeable mosquito problem.
Excessive security scanning: Having to scan my room key everywhere makes me feel like I should just have a barcode tattooed on my wrist.
Flawed concept: I understand the style is meant to be minimalist/simplified, but it simply doesn't work.
Better alternatives: If I wanted a basic, budget-friendly hotel, I would honestly rather stay at a Holiday Inn.

A clean, pleasant hotel. Good view from the window. It can be a bit noisy at times, making it hard to sleep. The only downside is that the staff does not speak English.

Environment: Close to the residential area, so it's relatively quiet. The building also houses other businesses, with several floors dedicated to accommodation.

Hygiene: It was quite clean, and they provided a toiletry kit upon check-in.

Facilities: Wi-Fi was available... The pillows were very comfortable... I ended up buying one through their mini-program.

Service: Excellent service 👍

The environment: It's located in a well-arranged residential area, so the room was quiet. It's just one intersection away from the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and across the street is West Lake Cultural Square, which has a science and technology museum and a natural history museum. To get to Broken Bridge on West Lake, you can take bus 26 or 78 to Shaoniangong Station, which takes about 10-20 minutes – very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including Sichuan cuisine and Hangzhou's local specialty, Pian'er Chuan noodles.
Facilities: Generally meets expectations.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Service: The breakfast was ample. I didn't get a chance to try the free late-night porridge. Laundry, borrowing books, and a simple lobby for meeting guests were all available and good.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The room was clean and well-equipped, and food delivery was brought up by a robot. The bathroom and vanity in the room were separate, which was convenient as one person could shower while another used the sink without waiting. There was also a laundry service; we just left our clothes in the laundry room, and staff would wash them and put them in a bag for us. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Upgraded to a higher-category room, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping malls. It's also not too far from West Lake. The hotel is right opposite the Provincial Museum, which is great for visiting with kids. Highly recommend!

We chose this place because of its location, which is super convenient for families with kids. It's right across the street from the Zhejiang Science and Technology Museum and the Natural History Museum. There's even a small 24-hour museum that my child insisted on visiting after their bath before going to bed. The bus stop downstairs has route 26, which goes straight to the Children's Palace, right by West Lake. You can also cross a bridge to get to the water bus and canal/Qiantang River cruise terminals. The subway is also close by, making transportation incredibly convenient.

This Atour Hotel is great! It's super close to Hangzhou West Lake Cultural Plaza Star Show Live, less than a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious and bright, comfortable and tidy! I have to commend the breakfast buffet – the food is absolutely delicious and there's a wide variety! I highly recommend the mini wontons, they're super tasty! If you get hungry at night, they even have a late-night congee service, which is a really thoughtful touch. Just a small suggestion: the front desk staff could be a bit more warm and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

To get to the shopping area requires a Didi ride, but the hotel itself is great and the staff are wonderful.
