This is my go-to hotel for business trips. The staff are always great, and I get a good rest here. This time I even received a New Year's gift 🎁

The room was nice, but the bathroom door could be better designed; its dual function was a bit awkward. I booked this hotel specifically for a Chinese Super League match, and its excellent proximity to the stadium was a huge plus. It's also quite close to West Lake, making it very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was okay, but it was often very crowded. The variety of food could be expanded. On our first day, when we went for breakfast after 9 AM, there was barely anything left, and replenishment was exceptionally slow.

We booked the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Huanglong for our trip to Hangzhou. It's conveniently located, not far from the subway station, and West Lake is just a 30-minute walk away. Plus, there's a tasty Domi nearby.

My stay here truly exceeded all expectations. We booked a twin room, and it was spacious with excellent amenities. What's more, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely touch and definitely a bonus! Our high-floor room offered an amazing view; we just had to pull back the curtains to take in the expansive scenery. But what truly impressed me most was the soundproofing. It was incredibly quiet at night, completely undisturbed by any outside noise, allowing for a very restful sleep. The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay; all the staff members were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention paid to every detail. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Despite the hot weather, the air conditioning worked perfectly and was quiet. Overall, my stay was quite peaceful. The only drawback was that it was a bit tricky to find. The hotel is located behind the Delixi Building, and you need to enter through the building's main entrance.

Service was great, the counter staff helped me find where to see sunrise in west lake. Helpful staff.

But amenities are really just so-so, I would think that local Chinese hotel chains offer better amenities than this hotel. Location is also just ok perhaps because I work nearby so it was fine but tourist wise is not convenient.

Breakfast is ok only because they don't refill much after 9am..

The hotel was clean, which I appreciated, but it was a bit hard to locate as it was situated behind other buildings. However, its proximity to the subway station was very convenient. The room was colder than expected, even with the heater on, which was a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the shower was excellent—I really enjoyed it! The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options.

酒店位置很好，周边公交车站地铁站（近3号线黄龙体育中心站）都不太远方便出行，也有公交车直达杨公堤茅家埠以及武林广场等热门的地点景区。酒店的员工都很热情友善，客房部的阿姨很及时的帮助我们换床单和被套，添加水和茶等，房间也很干净整洁设施都比较好。疫情期间出行可以放心。
