The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is great. It's right in Xixi Paradise, on the southeast corner of Xixi Wetland, and very close to the China Wetland Museum. During the National Day holiday, there were even parade performances. Highly recommended for a stay in HZ.

Came to Xixi Wetland for a National Day trip. The hotel service was excellent, and the room was clean and hygienic. It's very close to the attractions, and transportation and dining options nearby are convenient. HS~(￣▽￣~)~ I highly recommend visiting the Wetland Museum if you have time with kids; it's only about 100 meters from the hotel.

As expected from a Trip.com self-operated hotel, the value for money is outstanding!

Free parking is available (you need to register your license plate number at the front desk to get free parking) within Xixi Paradise.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the entire business district.

Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent! It's very close to the attractions and very clean. We went during the Mid-Autumn Festival and even received two mooncakes. The shower's water temperature was also very stable. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent! Very satisfied, very satisfied, very satisfied! ♡

This hotel is my top choice when I'm on a business trip in Hangzhou. It's located in Xixi Wetland Park, and the transportation is excellent with a subway station nearby. There are also noodle shops and restaurants on both sides, which is very convenient.

The room was a bit small; I didn't know where to put my suitcase. If I put it on the floor, there would be no space to walk once it was open. I suggest installing foldable shelves on the wall for luggage. Also, in the bathroom, some hooks would be great because there's nowhere to hang clothes when taking a shower. The front desk lady, HZ, had a good service attitude and even gave me a bracelet when I checked out. There aren't many dining options nearby, and most places only open at 9 AM.

Better than expected. Good value for money. It's very close to Dongyue Station on Metro Line 3, and neighboring Xixi Wetland and China Wetland Museum. Parking is convenient.

The room size is small, but the layout is reasonable. Especially the design of the toilet and shower room, where one door serves two purposes, is quite clever.

There's a window facing the street with a pleasant view. The widened window frame resembles a small bay window, with a thin fabric cushion, usable as a seat or a table. Outside the window is a tree, offering a view of the changing seasons. There's another window nearby for ventilation.

Next door is a commercial complex, along with several other hotels, and it's quite popular during holidays.

There are also several restaurants downstairs at the hotel, offering a good variety of choices at fair prices. There's even a KFC.

Their perk is very misleading, as the museum is always free

Evening supper is just plain porridge with pickled radish.

Location wise is ok for the price compared to the surrounding hotel which are all expensive. Area is quiet.

This hotel is located in Xixi Paradise, right within the park. Parking downstairs is very convenient. The room was excellent, with a small balcony, and everything was very clean. We booked the family room, which had two floors – it was great! Hangzhou in September is incredibly pleasant. The dishes at Xixi Bieyuan, located behind the hotel, are delicious. Downstairs, there are also many restaurants and coffee shops. Nearby, the crab roe buns and desserts at Crab Xiaohuang are really good. A walk around the area after dinner is very enjoyable. The Wetland Museum is also close by, making it easy to visit with children. The hotel even offered a complimentary photoshoot, but we didn't have time to do it.
