The B&B's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to West Lake. Our stay was very comfortable, much better than we expected. The decor style is great, and the bedding is really comfy!

What a fantastic stay! The B&B has a really unique decor, and there's even a tea room on the basement level. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable; I slept like a baby. The bathroom facilities were also very clean and worked perfectly. The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and they had all the local attractions and great restaurants organized for us. Whether you're traveling with friends or as a couple, this place is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Even though it was the cheapest room, the bathroom had a terrible odor, so bad it made me nauseous. That's just unacceptable. I don't mind a bathroom without a separate wet/dry area, but there wasn't even a curtain, so after a shower, the whole place was a mess. I have no idea how this place got its ranking, honestly, it was so stinky I almost threw up. My mom was really unhappy, good thing we only stayed one night.

The hotel has a really nice style of decor which is refreshing from all the modern-style hotels we see now. The room was very clean and big. The man who works at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He carried all our bags to our rooms and helped us get delivery to the hotel. They even give you travel tips for doscovering Hangzhou and where to eat through a QR code. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in China so far, I would definitely recommend!

This guesthouse offers incredible value for money, and most importantly, it's impeccably clean. I initially planned to move to another place the next day, but because it was so spotless, I ended up staying at Huage for all four days of my trip to Hangzhou. The toilet was cleaner than the one in my own home, the bed sheets were pristine white as if new, and the duvet was very comfortable and soft. The area around is lively during the day but very quiet at night. The air conditioning and hot water both worked perfectly. The front desk lady and a young man were also exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing great service.

The B&B had a wonderful vibe, and my entire stay was extremely pleasant. The hostess was warm and thoughtful, and all the facilities were comprehensive. The surrounding transportation was convenient, and it was very clean. It was a very satisfying stay, highly recommend with five stars!

Traveling to Hangzhou, I passed by this guesthouse and was immediately captivated by its exterior design, so I booked a room without hesitation.
