Good location, room was clean, nice staff. Breakfast was below average.

Great Location, Center city, Bay Views , spacious and clean rooms but hard to find, and stairs, stairs, and stairs don't add breakfest

The hotel room was small but nice. The location was fab but what stood out the most was the helpfulness of the young man who checked me in. Outstanding employee!

Friendly and helpful staff, got an upgrade. Lovely room but many stairs, if that is a problem book a room at a lower floor. Especially if you have much luggage. Parking is about 15 min away, EUR15/day. Right by the Promenade, beautiful view. Close to everything, great place to stay!

A group of us stayed in 2 of the apartments away from the hotel. Very clean & well furnished. Free wine in both rooms, beer in the fridge :-)

Anna at the check-in was so helpful- walked us to our room (in the Annex Building) and was very accommodating. The pre-arranged p/up at the airport was very efficient, driver was excellent.

Had such a lovely stay at the time boutique hotel. The room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was gorgeous and never too busy as the hotel was relatively small. Short walk into town and would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Definitely a walk to the square and uphill on the way back. The big negative is they have a spa with massage facilities but for the 6 days we stayed there it was completely booked up. That was the reason we booked this hotel so very frustrating

Great stay in Split. Great hotel! Great staff, super clean and the spa/pool was so nice have. It is not in the touristy area of the palace, but that’s what makes it so nice. It a 15 min. Walk to beach and 15 min walk to the palace, but you will not find a pool, spa, sauna, great restaurant for the price in the palace. Worth the walk:)

The Bolt Taxi was a bit lost because it was in the wrong location. Korean apartments are usually very high-rise, but this one is small and cozy. The room smells wonderful when you enter. The bathroom is also very clean. It's also within walking distance of Old Town and Marjan Park, which is great. Clean and central with grrat staff!

The location is excellent. This is perfect for enjoying Split 24 hours a day. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. Be sure to experience the morning market and the vibrant nightlife of Split. The room was directly accessible from the first-floor alley. Everything was quite good. It's clean and only have to walk about 10 min towards the center!! Love the little balcony and it's so chill just sitting there.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was excellent, with several types of bread, yogurt, milk, juice, and scrambled eggs. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff was very kind enough to send email me to make sure my arrival time and waited till my check in even he worked 1 hour extra. Still very friendly with smile. And gave great local information. The other crew helped me for renting bicycle. The breakfast was great especially coffee and egg omelet. Room was spacious and classic, I liked electric blinds.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. WiFi wasn’t great, and we were disappointed that the advertised spa was only available when booking the penthouse suite.

Location is excellent: This hotel is in the Peoples’ Square minutes from the Diocletian Palace. It has an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcases up the stairs to your room. The hotel is in prime location for all of the attractions in Split. Easy walk to the ferry port and bus station. The hotel was clean and rooms well equipped. We were on the top floor but rooms can be a little noisy with the restaurants and bars that stay open late and also people coming in and out of the hotel. I said I would use the public parking lot, but there was no space available, so I parked about 1 km away. It was inconvenient that bottled water was not provided in the room. Other than that, there was nothing particularly bad.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, while the outside may not look like much, the inside is absolutely awesome. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the main promenade, and we felt completely safe walking back at night. Its clean and tidy although the host needs you to confirm a lot of information about arrival so that they can meet you so you need to keep that in mind. Perfect place for visiting old town and relaxing on the beach! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the old town is only 10 minutes away. The room was very nice, with a large, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind – after check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower before leaving. Highly recommended!

The Host was so kind and helpful! He patiently waited for us and explained everything about the area. The place is lovely and so clean. The Location is very close to everything like the beaches, pharmacy, the waterfront and so on. There’s a supermarket near as well. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very new and super comfortable. We even had a balcony. Room had a tv, refrigerator, safety locker and all usual amenities. Room was very clean and lovely. The rooms are large and have air conditioning, a small fridge, towels provided, a hairdryer, lots of storage space, a large TV and a safe. Kind of mixed feelings about this place. The owner is very nice and the location and value are great. But! There's like no sound separation. Like, none at all. I could hear conversations from the other room as if they were right next to me. I couldn't have conversations in my room without disturbing other folks. I've heard most of old town is like this, just be aware!

A wonderful apartment to stay in while exploring the city of Split! We stayed in the loft apartment room which was comfortable, cosy and instantly felt like home. This room had it's own small, well stocked kitchenette as well as access to the main kitchen in the main area. The host wasn't there while we stayed, but her mother was an absolutely wonderful host - very friendly and full of helpful information

Modern interior and clean rooms we have. The host of this was generous and friendly. We can see sea and stars at the balcony and swim at the pool like a resort. How wonderful the6 are, they served brackfast with free and we can always drink coffee at 1st floor. Anyway it is very cheap compare with room rate that I paid

All is good. There is restaurant down the hotel. It is near the bus station going to Split. Near the beaches and restaurants and groceries. All is ok.

Great property but please fix your leaky toilet. The place was great. We were welcome by the host who took us to our room. We didn’t mind that it was on top floor and the elevator was only for bags. We were in the top floor and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. It's a self check in b&b. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but bring your own shampoo because our rooms hadn't any. The breakfast was minimalist. The location is fine. It was a bit difficult to find at first since the car could not go to the entrance, but still ok as you could reach the attractions by walking.

A fantastic place to stay with kids, quiet street yet in the heart of the city. Right in the historic centre of the old town, very close to the Diocletian's palace and the boulevard. Public parking in walkable distance (5 minutes), since the car wouldn't fit in the narrow, medieval Palmina street. Clean, roomy, with breakfast, wifi and everything a traveller needs.

While the location is in residential/industrial area just outside of Split everything else recommends this facility. It was clean and comfortable with two grocery stores nearby.
