The Movie Hotel Zagreb in Zagreb

I booked this hotel. When I reached there hotel is closed. There is soo many people they booked same this hotel. But hotel is closed. And they don't answer the call they don't answer the email. I tried so many times. They are fake. They can't refund money. I am very upset.

Amateur mistakes and rude, I do not have words to describe how bad service hotel. After I booked and paid double room, arrogant lady from the hotel called me and said they were mistakenly booked a single room and offered me a second date as a solution. Since I no other date has not responded, but did not have enough time to look for other accommodation I was forced to take the single room. So two people are sleeping in bed for one person, and we paid double room. At the end of the staff did not even apologized for the huge mistakes. Never again...

Terrible organisation of New Years eve party. We paid for a table of 6, food and drinks included, came there to a full pub, police on the door, girl at the reception arguing with 5 people at once.
Turns out they sold more tickets than there are seats and tables. Our reservation was on a list, reception lady told us to ask for a waiter to lead us to our table. Waiter told us he has nothing to do with that, he's only carrying food, reception lady once again told us where our table was, when we got there, all tables were full and the place was packed all together. Not a single free chair!
390kn per person, more than 2300 for the 6 of us is not something you just let go so we demanded we get our money back and spent 2 hours arguing. They didn't want to give us money right there, and promised to refund it in a couple of days. We had to go back there the day after to deal with it.
Our New year was ruined.
Never going back there again.

Looked forward for new years eve in this beautiful city zagreb. But the decision to party in the movie pub was wrong. Worst new years eve ever. We reserved for 7 people incl. food, band and drinks. Got a table for 3-4 persons. Waited over half an hour to see an empty buffet. They sold more tickets. Many people who have paid didnt get a table and food. It's a shame!
