Hotels with pool in Protaras

We got married here in September & couldn’t recommend the hotel & staff enough

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

Lovely staff. Fantastic pool and beach. Bit of a climb back up from the beach. Loads of delicious food. Expensive drinks. Amazing views from the balcony. Hot, hot, hot.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Very tasty and fresh food, but the same variation for a whole time of visit. A bit boring. The service very nice polite and responsive for any needs. Very quiet with amazing you.

The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special

Had a memorable stay at this hotel. Special shout out to Andreas Moulazimis our breakfast host and now friend. Great set up. Exceptional staff all way through. Keep up the good work. Ps one of the best breakfasts.

Everything was very clean. The staff are attentive and very polite. The food was great. Location was perfect. We were happy with everything and would definitely go back.

Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout

Everything was perfect, the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The food was great, plenty of sun loungers, right on the best beach in Cyprus. Lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! Stella in the salon is lovely and looked after our bridal party on the wedding day, she...

There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, you can visit them both once during your stay and the food is delicious! The snack bar is also located near the bar (pool area) and serves chips/ burgers/nuggets/salad/fruit cups

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

A shallow child's pool is also provided along with an indoor pool in the spa area (for spa use only during summer months) Entertainment - Different things on each evening, starts with a kids disco from 8

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

Charlotte the wedding planner goes above and beyond, our day was outstanding! Such a lovely hotel and amazing staff

5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...

Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...

Hotel: The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Not terrible but it does need some renovation. Swimming pool(s): The outdoor swimming pool is big. Has a slide for kids and is cleaned daily

No complaints except for some difficulty for handicap people. The indoor swimming pool is small, very few people most of the time. My wife and I spent a long time there

Close to the beach, you can easily enjoy your stay having a lovely time sunbathing with a cocktail or a snack next to the pool or under an umbrella looking at the blue blue sea! Our room was huge, with a lovely veranda with sea view, and all the amenities

Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph

The pool area was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds and towels. The location is beautiful and close to the beach, with a nice playground and kids’ activities

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and we received exactly the rooms we booked. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Areas for improvement: taxis to town are quite expensive, spa prices are a bit high and there’s no hot jacuzzi, there aren’t enough trash or recycling bins around the hotel, and the elevator could be faster

The food was absolutely fantastic. The various restaurants, which you could choose from just once, were also amazing. All the amenities at the Sunrise Beach Hotel are top-notch, and the lobby is very chic

All in all, a very successful stay that I personally recommend 100%. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, as was the dinner

I last came here in 2015 and it was nice to see some familiar faces and I’m sure it won’t be such a long time before I go again Daniel the Tui rep was brilliant in organising trips and I managed to visit Kyrenia and Famagusta whilst staying in Protaras it was amazing , well worth doing

This hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very comfortable and truly luxurious. The service at the front desk, in the restaurant, and by the pool was always excellent—attentive, friendly, and very helpful

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

Very friendly staff.....nothing was too much. Food was very varied. The beach bar was very welcoming....the outside area is worth a visit. The sangria was very nice but could do with different fruit, ours only had apple

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

Never struggled for a sun bed. Used the hair dressers which was brilliant and so handy as was attending a wedding. Will definitely be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there

Waking up to that sea view from our balcony was the best part. The pool area is great, the food was delicious, and everything was spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better stay

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

The pools are lovely in the heat, one of them are losing the mosaic tiling from the pool. The food is incredible (went for all inclusive, that way you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, food, etc

Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...

Lovely pools and entertainment good

The cleaning of the room during our stay was okay but, on two occasions the maids didn't leave any toilet roll and we had to go and request some and they only changed the bed once during our stay and the towels twice

Rooms clean, food amazing for a 3 star hotel. We were a family of 13 which included 5 children. Desserts 🍨 were incredible too. Plenty of fruit at every meal. Only criticism were sunbeds could do with being upgraded

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

One is what we called the pool bar and the second was at the end of the reception area. Which while we were there never opened

I highly recommend flamingo paradise hotel! It very well located, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially ALESYA!!! The breakfast was very delicious and there is a variety of options!

There's also a panoramic rooftop overlooking the azure lagoon. The hotel is small but very cozy. I highly recommend it! Next time, I'll definitely stay at the Flamingo Hotel! The breakfasts are impeccable

I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night

This hotel is perfect in every way. It's located on a beach with crystal-clear water, right in the center of town. The rooms are huge, on the 5th floor, with sea views

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun

Lovely hotel, Muhammed in reception was superb - really helpful. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks didn't taste watered down. Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have experienced

The restaurant staff and management Ahmed, in particular were excellent, the food was delicious, lots of variety and plenty of it available. The bar staff too were so friendly and eager to provide quality service

This was our second visit to this hotel and we were glad to return. The chef and his team are amazing, the meals are delicious, beautifully displayed and there is a good variety

The restaurant has an amazing daily menu of pan Asian , Cypriot, Italian and Mediterranean and English food and is delicious. The pool is fabulous and the infinity pool is also lovely

We have been twice to sunrise jade ( first time in August 2024 as a surprise for my husbands big birthday then again May 2025) and both times were absolutely perfect

The pool area is stunning , and the designated sunbeds are the icing on the cake! Also loved taking a short walk across to the little secluded bay ( just walk down some steps directly across from the pool area of the hotel) it is beautiful , sadly we didn’t see any turtles but apparently they can often be seen there

The room was comfortable with a beautiful sea view, the food was excellent, and we even managed to fit in some exercise in the pool! Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

The pool area is spotless and the sun beds are very plush, wooden and thick cushions. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lifeguard can not do enough for you

The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually. With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Bali beds taken quickly with towels. Staff very friendly and work extremely hard. Our room was kept clean throughout and towels changed regularly just never enough tea/coffee/ milk

we did take our own fortunately but the chiller doesn’t keep anything cool and so milk turned by the next day. We had a room looking over the pool, other rooms overlooked the car park

This is a lovely hotel, the sunbed allocation is good and worked well. The rooms are lovely with huge beds. Excellent location, right on the *****. The staff can't do enough for you

The main restaurant has a nice terrace looking at the sea and was great. Since we had full board, we enjoyed all the meals. The food was consistently very fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices

Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be

Another amazing holiday at the Tsokkos Protaras Hotel. The staff are amazing and helpful , Hotel very clean. The service was absolutely phenomenal

We used the onsite gym which opens at 9am. We did ask one of the managers if it could be opened earlier. This allows a person to work out and then enjoy breakfast. Hopefully this is something they will look into

We did have one issue with breakfast and the pastries. My daughter loves them and grabbed one but the problem was it had meat in it. It was next to the chocolate croissant and looked very similar

Sun beds, on the first day I came down at around 7am and lots had been reserved. Each day I found myself getting earlier. One night I saw people had reserved the beds by midnight

Breakfast and lunch were served in one area and the evening meal in a different restaurant. I saw the chef come out a couple of times to speak to people who had allergies

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

The pool bar staff, Mohammed, Denis & the guy who didn’t wear a name tag (sorry) worked so hard all day bringing drinks to everyone and then working the evenings. Also the other Mohammed in the evening, what a nice guy

George was friends with everyone! I also want to say thanks to Jack (Polish chef) for being so helpful and friendly, you made the holiday even better. We also appreciated the water bottles by the pool

I know some don’t like this, but it’s so much more hygienic. We enjoyed the fact that the hydro pool was heated. The food and drink, very good quality and fresh, constantly checked and refilled

Staff can’t do enough for you, George is brilliant so friendly and again can’t do enough for you. Rooms,we had a sea view room which was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day lovely rooms

There is the usual issue with sun loungers being reserved from the crack of dawn, which I think could be looked at. But otherwise a lovely quiet holiday

Would definitely return to this hotel. The hotel is close to bars and restaurants so if you fancy a walk not far to go

Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable

The hotel was very quiet (to be expected at start of the season) so always plenty of sunbeds and easy to get a table in the restaurants too

Tassos in the restaurant was great plus Alex and Peter behind the bar in the evening and the lady on the pool bar during the day

The pool and slides were very cold but again to be expected at the time of year. Our 6 yr old didnt mind though

We thought the food was very good, always really enjoyed our meals and found there was plenty of choice for us. Good selection of cocktails on the all inclusive menu as well. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds

Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very clean and spacious room, amazing views, lovely garden. Professional and friendly staff. Convenient (there's a bus stop outside of the hotel that goes to Protaras/Cape Greco/Ayia Napa for EUR1

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

The only negative I can think of is the internet access, why can't they just make it free (even just for limited time each day)?

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

The heated pool provided ultimate relaxation, while the private mini-golf added a fun touch to our days
