Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing. Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit. We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. Nice hotel, but I'd question 4 stars. It's only a couple of years old but there's flaws with the hotel. Cracked wall tiles where the bathroom mirror has been drilled to be fitted and the tiles have been broken. We just spend 12 days at this hotel. It is nice and clean and the staff in the restaurant and the reception are very nice. It is a smoking hotel. I have recently returned from this hotel and couldn’t recommend it to family and friends enough! When we arrived our flight was delayed so didn’t get to the hotel until 4am however the night duty staff booked us in and provided us food and water so we didn’t go hungry free of charge. This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

We had a great time at Crystal Springs. Food and staff and the hotel snd grounds were excellent. There was building nearby but the grounds are quite big and comfortable enough to escape any noise. And a quiet beach. Thoroughly like the atmosphere here.

Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

We had a lovely holiday however not 4 star and absolutely not worth the cost. Nothing wrong with 3 star hotels which is all i would rate this but for price disappointing as agreed with many guests we met on holiday. Need major improvements to gain ULTRA4 star in our opinion

Just left the resort after a 7 night stay. Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. Stayed her at the end of October for a week. It was faultless. It’s 3 star but I’ve stayed in worse 4 and 5 star hotels. All the staff were excellent, always going beyond their call of duty. Forever pleasant and smiling. Catalin, Sotos, Niyazi and Shohag were especially brilliant. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Loved this hotel, nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated our mobility issues and let us charge scooters we hired to charge at reception. The food was the best we have ever had A/I at this star rate hotel. We are booking for 2026. See you soon.

Hotel on great beach but at one end rather than the middle. We had an ocean front room on 3rd floor which was very spacious with large bed and great huge balcony. I have been in many hotels, but never saw such great service. Especially many thanks for Catalin! His service and approach for tourists is above all expectations! In general, this is romantic hotel for adults with good restaurant. Entering the water is a bit inconvenient, but is solved by buying slippers

Very much a resort hotel but nice. Adults only provided a quiet stay. I would love to go back when COVID is over as the masks on masks off was a bother but not the hotel's fault. The private beach area was a bit rocky but not as crowded as other beaches in the area where they were stacking punters like deckchairs.
