Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing. Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit. The wedding parties that were there ruined the whole holiday for us and for many others. A few of the guests were drunk from early on in the morning and as the day went on got louder and louder. Fantastic location with exceptional staff. Hotel is immaculate and the food was great. Plenty of lovely places to walk to and are close by. Lovely scenery with a view of the sea that you wake up to every morning. If you are looking for nightlife? Protaris is just up the road

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady. Who not only made delicious omelettes but was one of the loveliest people I've met. Also the lovely room maid who did a great job of keeping our room clean.

Hotel ok. End of season specialty restaurants cloed down on Wednesday. Only one bar area open very noisy. Reception staff ok except for one person who was not very helpful. I am here now and have been woken up at 0730 once again by the unbearable noise generating from the building work at the marina directly next to the hotel. There are major woks going on including pile driving which is very loud and subsequent noise from the many heavy plant vehicles. The pre travel notifications from jet2, stating this work would not affect our holidays are nonsense.

We had a wonderful 5 nights away for a friends wedding. The spa experience is well worth it - I had a full body massage with Irena left feeling like a new lady! Amazing.

What a lovey hotel all the staff and entertainment team are excellent. It's a long walk to the beach but there is a free bus service which is a definite benefit. This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients. The hotel is clean but doesn't have restaurants. The surrounding areas have many restaurants so not a big issue.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the waiters were extremely kind. The hotel staff were very helpful and always ready to assist whenever we had any issues. However, in our opinion, the hotel feels more like a three-star property rather than a four-star one. Aamiainen ja illallinen oli todella hyvä! Siellä grillattiin itse possua ja kanaa. Ja se possu oli 5/5! Olimme sesongin ulkopuolella joten altaalla oli tilaa ja hiljaista. Hotellin sisustus oli hieno ja moderni. Hotellihuoneiden käytävät oli hauskan näköinen. Erilainen! Tykkäsin hotellista.

Excellent staff. Good food. Clean. Friendly We liked everything except the modern bathroom in the bedroom idea and the swimming pools were very cold.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.
