Best Hotels in Protaras

I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid

Clean rooms, friendly staff, high quality food and a good range.

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

Although stayed at Sunrise Jade Hotel, visited Grecian Park Hotel purely for the Cliff Bar - fantastic views across bay; wonderful cocktails. With a visit. Excellent service.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Very tasty and fresh food, but the same variation for a whole time of visit. A bit boring. The service very nice polite and responsive for any needs. Very quiet with amazing you.

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special

Everything was very clean. The staff are attentive and very polite. The food was great. Location was perfect. We were happy with everything and would definitely go back.

This was not our first stay at Capo Bay Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is fantastic and the beach out the back has to be one the best on the island

Andreas in the breakfast room makes the best Cypriot coffee hands down and was always keen to make one for us each morning

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! WiFi free, you are given instructuons for this too. Food - Great selection of food at the buffet. There was a different theme each evening. I can be quite a fussy eater, but I still ended up spoilt for choice

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Sadly our last visit to this hotel we have been here 5 years running and thought I had found the best place I had ever been to and that was the case until the last visit

There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, you can visit them both once during your stay and the food is delicious! The snack bar is also located near the bar (pool area) and serves chips/ burgers/nuggets/salad/fruit cups

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

For dining, stick to the normal buffet and you can’t go wrong here, the food really was excellent there

Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...

5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...

Food: Although you will find always the same food in the morning, for dinner there are always "themes" such as Mexican, Greek, etc. You won't go hungry, and if you have special requests like we did, speak with Christoph

Stayed at the Golden Coast beach Hotel Pernera and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Excellent rooms with all facilities included in the price

Hotel: The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Not terrible but it does need some renovation. Swimming pool(s): The outdoor swimming pool is big. Has a slide for kids and is cleaned daily

We had an incredible time there. The cleanliness and the service was really good

Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and we received exactly the rooms we booked. Everything was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Areas for improvement: taxis to town are quite expensive, spa prices are a bit high and there’s no hot jacuzzi, there aren’t enough trash or recycling bins around the hotel, and the elevator could be faster

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Very comfortable beds, rooms a good size, you choose your sunbeds on the first day for the duration of your holiday what a bonus, the food is excellent giving you a choice of six different restaurants outside of the Hotel, if half board these are free with some very small supplements on a few items, all staff are brilliant and very help full, Maria on reception and the other staff, and Lenca and Justine...

This hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very comfortable and truly luxurious. The service at the front desk, in the restaurant, and by the pool was always excellent—attentive, friendly, and very helpful

Pools are lovely with adults only pool too. The gym was excellent with nice indoor pool. We stayed out of season so can’t comment on the evening entertainment but I’m sure it is good

First class hotel in an excellent location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Food is excellent too with great dine around feature

Nice hotel A very nice hotel, super excellent and helpful staff and great food. I didn't however, like the sound isolation between the rooms.

Breakfast buffet had alot of delicious options and staff were so lovely specially the young gentleman with the moustache finding me my tall glass with ice so I can make ice coffee. Would definitely come back ☺️

The waiters in the restaurant are very sweet and really go out of their way to give you a good experience. The food is nice and there’s plenty to choose from, most people can find something they like I think

Food was the best we have had in a half board service and were so many options and themed nights for food. Couple of nights didn’t take our fancy but a quick drive into Ayia napa or Protaras was simple to go out to eat

You guys were absolutely AMAZING, always smiling, great customer service and generally just wonderful people. But there is 1 special THANKYOU to georgi the waiter(uncle george🥹) who made our holiday as good as it was

So people brought their children to the gym which obviously is not a good idea

The hotel restaurant has a different food theme every night such as international, Mexican, Italian, Cypriot etc and there was a wide selection of non vegan food on offer with everything clearly labelled for anyone with dietary needs or allergies)

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Staff was lovely and very helpful from the minute we arrived we was looked after the food was really good 👍 and food was available after long hours of traveling 😀 we was so hungry and they even leave you water and sandwich Close by shops pubs are open until late need to go a bit further for town city but the beach walk to the town only takes about 30 to 40 minutes The manager looks after his Hotel...

This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift

Overall I would say the hotel is good value but I wouldn’t stay there again unless they put in a designated smoking area, stopped the lift noise and ensured the adjoining family rooms were not given to people that don’t know each other to stay in

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

Loved it so much first time went back within 6 weeks can’t wait to go again in may let’s hope all staff still there every single member of the staff were amazing thoroughly loved the whole time we were there

There's also a panoramic rooftop overlooking the azure lagoon. The hotel is small but very cozy. I highly recommend it! Next time, I'll definitely stay at the Flamingo Hotel! The breakfasts are impeccable

This hotel is perfect in every way. It's located on a beach with crystal-clear water, right in the center of town. The rooms are huge, on the 5th floor, with sea views

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

General vibe for the Hotel is a little more rustic than modern with rooms reflecting that but cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff even going beyond to wash the pots that we’d left without being asked and making sure the rooms were beautiful for us to return to ❤️❤️ Sunbed situation is always a contentious subject but here there were no issues, if people left beds unattended when the lifeguards arrive...

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun

Lovely hotel, Muhammed in reception was superb - really helpful. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks didn't taste watered down. Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have experienced

Their evening shows were fantastic, they are very talented entertainers and genuinely lovely people who made our stay so much fun. There were a lot of daytime activities to take part in for both the kids and grown ups

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleaners, waiting staff, reception, the bar tenders all do a fab job. I had a lovely (albeit a bit pricey) spa treatment

The restaurant has an amazing daily menu of pan Asian , Cypriot, Italian and Mediterranean and English food and is delicious. The pool is fabulous and the infinity pool is also lovely

We have been twice to sunrise jade ( first time in August 2024 as a surprise for my husbands big birthday then again May 2025) and both times were absolutely perfect

One of the best qualities of sunrise jade is the fantastic staff. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Special mention to the beautiful Natalie on reception who goes above and beyond

Beautiful quiet hotel only a 10 min walk to the main *****. We stayed half board and the food is excellent

The pool area is stunning , and the designated sunbeds are the icing on the cake! Also loved taking a short walk across to the little secluded bay ( just walk down some steps directly across from the pool area of the hotel) it is beautiful , sadly we didn’t see any turtles but apparently they can often be seen there

It was so lovely to chat with her each day , she is a credit to the hotel. We have booked again for July 2026 to return to sunrise jade and we cannot wait! If you are thinking of booking, you will not be disappointed!

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Little things to think of as improvements would be iced coffee on the all inclusive, ice cream in the restaurant with the desserts, full length mirrors in the rooms and bedside tables with drawers or storage , more entertainment choices of an evening ( same acts every week got a bit monotonous ) … apart from that this hotel is one I return to again and again

Don’t listen to any of the bad reviews Staff are lovely, all of them very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks and feels brand new with hotel rooms in great condition

The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually. With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner

We booked on a half board basis and the restaurants were all very good, with excellent service. The pools were immaculate, with a separate pool for adults

During my stay at this exceptional hotel, I must say I have never felt more welcomed and accommodated. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice. Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks

the menus are different every night with a good selection and variety of dishes the chef is very good and very hepfull if you have a problem with a food allergy see the cheff and he will sort it out

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

It would be good to have it different for two weeks the repeat it. I would come back to the hotel, staff were friendly and we all enjoyed it

I've stayed in this hotel in April 2025 Fantastic staff fantastic food. the hotel is very clean the pool area is very clean. the manager yianis and all the staff are very hepfull

The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard

We used the onsite gym which opens at 9am. We did ask one of the managers if it could be opened earlier. This allows a person to work out and then enjoy breakfast. Hopefully this is something they will look into

I know some don’t like this, but it’s so much more hygienic. We enjoyed the fact that the hydro pool was heated. The food and drink, very good quality and fresh, constantly checked and refilled

We booked 9 days direct with the hotel on B&B basis for a celebration. On arrival reception knew all about us and our seaview studio room was excellent

Bars and shops are nearby and the Poseidonio Taverna had great food and was good value

the good thing about this hotel it is not to big therefor easy to meet new friends if you wish , the cocktails are amazing on poolside we had non alcoholic ones but the alcoholic ones were also delicious, We would visit this hotel again and my husband and I have already talked about going back

Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable

Management were very visible walking round the hotel daily and asking for feedback throughout. We did have an issue with the lifeguard but was quickly resolved by the management team

Just had 14 fantastic days at the Toxotis hotel Definitely 10/10 The beds comfortable, great air conditioning, the pool big, the food great the pool bar nice and shaded the drinks flowing and the sun shining Demetrius was magnificent and made sure things ran well in the dining room, he was one cool dude !! The entertainment team did try hard to get activities going during the day but didn't have much interest (hopefully this will pick up as the season gets busier)

Marta did put on mini disco in the evenings even though numbers were low. It was better when she moved it to the bar area, rather than been tucked in by the kids club

The mini disco songs have become a permanent part of our playlist, and every time we hear them, the smiles and memories come rushing back

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

Thank you also for the face painting and football games – our child was absolutely thrilled! The entire stay was wonderful – from the first to the last day

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

We got a front room but there was no noise. The amenities were really good. In conclusion unbelievable and crazy nice hotel!

During our stay, we enjoyed cocktails by the sea, savoring delicious à la carte meals served on a stunning terrace with an unbeatable view

The breakfast & dinner are delicious. Can do scuba diving and rent a bicycle. There's show in the evening on Tuesday
