I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. His laughter was infectious....

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. Great service around the pool and other bars. Beautiful views from our room but, for a 5* hotel, the room (especially the bathroom) was too small and overpriced (230 euro/night). Housekeeping and room service were not reactive.

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

My favorite hotel in Ayia Napa. Very attentive staff, amazing food, great location. Beautiful beach and lush garden. Yoga classes and water aerobics. Well equipped gym and indoor pool. Great location for relaxation The hotel and facilities are lovely, walls a bit thin between the rooms so noise travels and our neighbours were quite noisy. The pool and gym facilities were great, we got a yoga class on the first day too which wasn’t advertised anywhere but was a really nice bonus. The food is varied and had lots of fresh options, we had the half board package.

We had an amazing stay with our 1 year old child. We stayed for one week and never felt bored. The hotel is at a 5 minute walk from the beach which has the clearest water I’ve seen in Europe, especially considering that it is a sandy beach.
