Very clean hotel.gardens are very well kept. The location is excellent. It is also very child friendly which is great for families. There is an excellent Cypriot cafe with great sea views. I stay at this beautiful hotel (best view in Cyprus) every year. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet fantastic. Our stay was not compromised in any way because of covid. Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional. We have been here quite a lot of times. It's our favourite as my daughter used to call it "our sunshine family " staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast has so much choice. Only been here 4 days so far from 14 great start to holiday. Hotel is clean and the food in the normal restaurants has been good. The Asian restaurant was amazing food, really good. It's a shame you can only go once as part of the all inclusive. You can go again for a discounted price.

I'd give this hotel and holiday a 10 out of 10. Absolutely immaculate rooms. The clean shower was an absolute treat, both waterfall and power shower in the en suite. The balcony was perfect any time of day and night. All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait...

Hotel is in an ideal location. It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. My honest review, the he room we had was nice, we paid extra for the seafront view but it only gets the sun until 10.30 am so would not pay the extra cost, the room are very nice and cleaned every day. How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

At Herbal Spa one of the nicest hotels in the region. The staff are fantastic.
