Just back from a lovely week at the Toxotis hotel. Booked as a last minute family holiday and we got a great deal. The staff are brilliant, all very friendly, professional and made our stay really enjoyable. Tassos in the restaurant was great plus Alex and Peter behind the bar in the evening and the lady on the pool bar during the day. The entertainment team did try hard to get activities going...

Just home from a 7 night stay. As a family of 3 adults. Check in was fast, not a lot of information given as to where the restaurant or bar was but we found them anyway. May sound stupid but it seemed like we were going through a fire exit. The staff are 99% excellent. Except the lifeguard. We witnessed him making children who were very obviously able to swim leave the pool and left them in tears....

The hotel looks very good, especially around the pool, it’s a really pleasant place to relax with excellent service. Protaras plaza hotel is located in a very nice spot , the hotel itself is very nice, clean & spacious. Stayed for 2 weeks here and what an excellent find, lovely clean big room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Great location at the quiet end of the ***** and just a few minutes from the beach, but you had to be there by 9.30 to get a sunbed, the pool you could come down anytime and find sunbeds. We Stayed as a couple for 14 nights from Aug 20 and had a nice relaxing stay. Asked for a sea view, and the view was amazing. Nice rooms, good bar, good breakfast, good service, decent sized pool and the hotel is in a great location next to the beach and next to all the nightlife and shops. Only negative would be the sunbeds, they are in a shocking condition. I would go again.

We arrived home last weekend after 13 nights here. I think some of the recent reviews are a little unfair. We found the staff on reception friendly and helpful and although there are issues with late check out we were offered full use of the facilities near the spa to get a shower (I was the only person in there) and storage for our cases until our flight that evening. The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies. No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value.

Where our room was situated meant that we had the very loud sounds of the bars along the strip every night. Most of the bars were karaoke or tribute acts with customers singing along so even with the balcony door shut you could hear it as if you were there!! Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Lovely hotel amazing location. Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. The tennis courts and the swimming pool are great. The rooms are spacious and comfy for value travelers. The property is close to everything you might want to visit in Protaras. Definitely value for money!

You get what you pay for, it's a 3 star 🌟 hotel and I'd say it's that on the nail, clean tidy basis rooms but we don't spend long in the rooms, the pools were clean and tidy, all was as you would expect. The wifi is also 10/10 fast and great range.

We went for my daughter s birthday and liked it so much we went back two days later for my wife's birthday.

Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants. pool. etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant
