Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Just home from a 7 night stay. As a family of 3 adults. Check in was fast, not a lot of information given as to where the restaurant or bar was but we found them anyway. I'd like to comment on the pool bar service. The bar is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The all-inclusive menu includes delicious drinks served exclusively by a bartender named Murat. Service was fast and very polite. He was honest and very hardworking. He helped a guest more than once without any problems. I highly recommend staying at the hotel.

We Stayed as a couple for 14 nights from Aug 20 and had a nice relaxing stay. After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Lovely hotel amazing location. Our room is above the shop sea view to die for. Room is really clean and towels and bedding changed every few days. On a negative note wifi is shocking. I went to this apartment when I went to Protarus, Cyprus. This apartment is in a great place if you like to go out at all times. This apartment is a normal apatment so don’t expect an amazing apartment. Enough sunbeds (normally). I loved how it was so close to lots of things. I would rate this apartment 3/5 stars.

Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well. It’s nothing fancy or luxurious but it is decent for the price you pay, our only issue was mold in the bathroom and low water pressure in the shower but apart from that we were happy, nice spacious room with little kitchenette and balcony. Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants. pool. etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

A family run apartment and hotel. Every night you can relax in the bar with solid prices. The staff is kind and cordial. Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)

Could of been better, needs a complete refurb, , great location to beaches and restaurants, apartment was very tired, grubby out tide furniture, one bowl in cupboard and few plates, 3 mugs one of them cracked, one saucepan , friendly staff

5 out of 5 because my wife Pauline and I loved it here. We couldn’t find fault in anything at all. All staff worked so hard in all areas of the complex. The cleaners!! Wow! How do they manage in this heat! And of course our favourite hang out, the Lazy Lemon poolside bar. A facility for undemanding people. Good English breakfast in the Pig restaurant. Due to the low temperature of 18 degrees in February we did not use the pool.

Nice and clean, very basic and could probably do with updating. But perfectly cheap and cheerful for a bank holiday away. Pool/pool bar was good, Staff were helpful to. The restaurants nearby was probably the highlight being so close to the apartments.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Great location with at least a dozen bars and restaurants within 200m. Bus stop nearby for a regular service into Protaras (5 mins) for 2 Euro. Pernera a nice quiet resort with plenty of facilities.

The hotel is perfect for a budget-friendly holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Jahed, who is very friendly and a true gentleman. He made us feel appreciated and comfortable right from the moment we arrived. Overall, a pleasant stay and excellent service for the price!

Location, location, location. A right turn from the hotel for a 10 minutes walk to the first of a number of beautiful small cove beaches. A left turn and 5 minute walk to the centre of Pernera with a load of restaurants and bars, maybe not the hectic nightlife some require but live music, karaoke and plenty of D J,s playing a wide range of music until the early hours. Rooms bit dated ,shower not a lot of pressure but good hot water ,good kitchen with tea coffee toaster and coffee blender,cups plates etc ,very friendly staff ,great pool not to deep for youngsters ,plenty of sun loungers .we went 25th August till 6th sept .would definitely return as in a great location and short walk to bars restaurants.
