Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! The location is perfect, if you are half-board you can easily go on a bus and buy groceries or go to restaurants, lot of good restaurants in the area fir example "Limani restaurant"

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Drinks - wide variety to choose from, including cocktails, so you'll always find something to drink

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

We had a lovely spacious room with great sea views. The meal we had in the a la Carte restaurant was devine. One of the best meals we've ever had. I have to mention the pancake lady

Staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. Food was delicious, we had all inclusive. We will definitely come again.

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Cleaners did a fantastic job throughout the hotel. (They cleaned none stop morning till night working really hard) Lovely modern decor and design. Breakfast as expected from a buffet style breakfast

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Julia from Guest Relations was exceptionally helpful and kind — she assisted us in arranging a rental car and made everything easier. The value for money is one of the hotel’s strongest points

We had a great time at Crystal Springs. Food and staff and the hotel snd grounds were excellent. There was building nearby but the grounds are quite big and comfortable enough to escape any noise

The staff was very warm and kind to us. The sea view was amazing, as well as the heated pool and the sports activities. The breakfast was rich and tasty. We will definitely want to return.

We had a great last minute 10 nights all inclusive holiday to Antigoni hotel. From start to finish the whole team made us feel welcome. A special shout out to Rayhan who works behind the bar and pool bar was fantastic

The hotel is clean and in a great location with bars and restaurants on your door step. Joker square, ghetto bar and waves bar were favourites of ours, they all had live shows/ entertainment

The restaurant and bar manager Beata, was constantly checked in with guests to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves and nothing was ever too much trouble for her

The all-inclusive was fine, the dinner options changed almost every day, and overall the food quality was okay; some dishes were a bit worse, others absolutely amazing

Excellent service at the hotel, comfortable mattresses, modern design, delicious cocktails. All inclusive system (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks at the bar, ice cream and all drinks throughout the day until 24:00

Its location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to Sunrise Beach and right next to the main street in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all around

The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored

Big appartement, furnished, old used items, no free internet, no free safe, no free luggage scale, good restaurant, all-inclusive options, free parking. Expect to pay for any facility.

Dimitris, Takis and Andres, the restaurant managers and bar staff were all wonderful. , Very welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The reception staff could smile more and be a bit friendlier

Food at the restaurant was beautiful with something for everyone and the restaurant managers Takis and Andreas were so warm and welcoming to everyone they met also Panos the waiter they all honestly couldn’t have be anymore helpful to us

There was no water available for us to drink after our 45 minute coach ride and the reception desk shrugged their shoulders when i expressed i was dissatisfied considering its all inclusive, but they could offer us a dry sandwich, which i obviously declined

From the moment we arrived until the very sad moment we had to leave, everything exceeded our expectations. The facilities were outstanding and there was always something to do for both adults and children

The food was absolutely lovely throughout our holiday with plenty of variety and high-quality meals every day. However, the true highlight of this hotel was without a doubt the staff

She really enjoyed the crafts they did together and still wears her ankle bracelet every day! The kid’s club lady would also beckon her over at the disco especially when the Hokey Cokey came on knowing it’s my daughter’s favourite 🤣 she is an asset to the hotel so I hope they look after her accordingly!

We booked our wedding a year ago directly with the hotel through their wonderful wedding co-ordinator Felicity. Felicity is a wonderful asset to this hotel, her kindness and professionalism was outstanding

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Families are governed by the ridiculous British school term time rulings, who get penalised if children are taken on holiday in term time. You take the family in half term

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

As a result, the hotel is closing down around you! Air conditioning is predominantly controlled from reception. It was too warm to sleep in the first few days, even when reception was requested to lower the temperature

Breakfast and lunch were served in one area and the evening meal in a different restaurant. I saw the chef come out a couple of times to speak to people who had allergies

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

We used the onsite gym which opens at 9am. We did ask one of the managers if it could be opened earlier. This allows a person to work out and then enjoy breakfast. Hopefully this is something they will look into

We did have one issue with breakfast and the pastries. My daughter loves them and grabbed one but the problem was it had meat in it. It was next to the chocolate croissant and looked very similar

Sun beds, on the first day I came down at around 7am and lots had been reserved. Each day I found myself getting earlier. One night I saw people had reserved the beds by midnight

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Mr George the operations manager, what a treasure he is! He made every guest feel special & valued with a warm hello, to a ‘Hi how are you, is everything ok? Every single day - just wow! The entire experience was seamless and peaceful, and we left feeling refreshed and extremely impressed

An exceptional hotel but I wish it were a little more Cypriot and a little less International. no Greek or Cypriot wines is a real omission, but honestly it's a brilliant place with amazing staff

the staff are fabulous especially alex at the pool keep topping up our drinks and was always smiling. loved the cherry and ammeretto slush. Maria in the restaurant such a lovely lady miss my iced lattes lol

We went in April and the resort was quiet which suits us but I think it will be very busy in the summer. I don't do all inclusive hotel preferring to eat out locally but his place was an eye opener

We went b&b, not all inclusive, but if the breakfast was anything to go by, I'd expect that lunch and dinner were great too

Another wonderful trip to the King Jason. As returning guests of many years, it’s like coming home. I couldn’t possibly single out any staff by their names as they are all fabulous, they take this hotel to another level

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

We did find it hard to create a decent meal out of what was available. We spent further money eating out most lunch/evening times. Children’s options was 3 trays of either Rice, chips and 1 meat option

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

It is impeccably clean and comfortable, the food is lovely and the service from George and all of his staff was excellent once again. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable everyone

Wow!! Returned home on 9th November after a wonderful week here. Second time in protaras but first time at this hotel. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff ao friendly and helpful

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

Hotel is ideally located with a wide range of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a superior room with sea view. Room was large with a comfortable bed and nice balcony

Have stayed here many times over 20years before the renovations. We go breakfast only which suits us,we had a lovely stay. Rooms cleaned daily beds change every other day. We arrived to a afruit platter and wine

Breakfast buffet had alot of delicious options and staff were so lovely specially the young gentleman with the moustache finding me my tall glass with ice so I can make ice coffee. Would definitely come back ☺️

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

General vibe for the Hotel is a little more rustic than modern with rooms reflecting that but cleaned everyday by the cleaning staff even going beyond to wash the pots that we’d left without being asked and making sure the rooms were beautiful for us to return to ❤️❤️ Sunbed situation is always a contentious subject but here there were no issues, if people left beds unattended when the lifeguards arrive...

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun

Lovely hotel, Muhammed in reception was superb - really helpful. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks didn't taste watered down. Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have experienced

Their evening shows were fantastic, they are very talented entertainers and genuinely lovely people who made our stay so much fun. There were a lot of daytime activities to take part in for both the kids and grown ups

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleaners, waiting staff, reception, the bar tenders all do a fab job. I had a lovely (albeit a bit pricey) spa treatment

The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly

Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy

All this good quality food for a buffet style, all inclusive hotel. The drinks selection on the all inclusive was vey good with decent beer, red and/or white wine, local spirits - I/we like Ouzo

The food was excellent with a wide choice of salads, hot and cold meats/meat dishes, fish most days, soup - just a very good choice, and a lot of Meditteranean dishes (which we love, so no problems there) and we thought the food overall was spot on

Checked in quickly and Thomas on reception had a bit of banter and told us about a bar that was still open just around the corner if we fancied a cold beer after a fairly long journey

There was also a cocktail menu included in the AI which is unusual in our experience. The hotel room was spotless with a pool view on the 3rd floor. Large studio style with double bed, sofa, small kitchenette with fridge

Don’t interact with any of the guests and when they do put activities on, don’t ask any of the guests kids if wanna do them and then hide one day he set up football and hid under a bush on his phone why this hotel is paying these two and allowing them to drag the hotel down and let all the staff down is beyond me would I come back? Yes, if the entertainment was sorted out

We just came back from a seven day vacation at Vrissaki Beach Hotel, and all in all, it was wonderfull. Only nice words for all the staff at the restaurant, especially Christo who made us feel very welcome

All the staff are so friendly and the manager is always around checking how everyone is throughout their stay. We’ve booked for June 2026 and can’t wait

location 5 star rooms 3 star pool area 3 star food 3 star hotel lacks 4 star service compared to other hotels in protaras it’s got the wow factor for location but take that away it’s more 3 star pool area never got hosed down or beds only 2 small tables to sit near the bar for a full hotel pool bar is tired needs up dated staff are over worked so there was always a que for drinks i hate cheap plastic...

Our second time staying at the Vrissaki and it was lovely. Room was cleaned every day and was an amazing view

Also, not much space for the chlothes, the wardrobe should be rearraged somehow. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed, although the bed sheets may be changed only once during our stay

We thought the food was very good, always really enjoyed our meals and found there was plenty of choice for us. Good selection of cocktails on the all inclusive menu as well. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean

The hotel was very quiet (to be expected at start of the season) so always plenty of sunbeds and easy to get a table in the restaurants too

Even one vending machine would do the trick. The other problem we had is that the food in the buffet and at the snack bar wasn’t very hot. Loads of choice at each meal but it was tepid at best

Check in was fast, not a lot of information given as to where the restaurant or bar was but we found them anyway. May sound stupid but it seemed like we were going through a fire exit

He also spoke about his personal life which was not appropriate to families with children as it was very sexual. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent

Management were very visible walking round the hotel daily and asking for feedback throughout. We did have an issue with the lifeguard but was quickly resolved by the management team

The beds were fairly comfortable, although in my opinion the pillows could be better. As for the stay itself, I have absolutely no complaints. If I were to return to that region of Cyprus, I would choose this hotel again

The supermarket is close, the bus stop is close, and the bus lines allow for easy travel to nearby cities with frequent connections. I highly recommend it, I’m very satisfied

If you want to relax, enjoy good food, and have a pleasant time, you’re making the right choice. This hotel met my expectations 100%—I have no complaints about anything

Good drinks services all throughout the hotel and they are kind enough to bring drinks to you by the pool. A good entertainment package and staff were lovely, friendly and attentive

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

Alcoholic drinks not to our liking but thats a perrsonal chouce

But we enjoyed our stay as this is a 3 star hotel we didn't expect the ritz standard of food if you go with that in mind and go out see a bit of the resort and enjoy meals elsewhere

Overall I had a great time at papouis hotel , my shower room stunk of excrement and urine for the whole time I was there , i assumed it was a plumbing issue , as I was alone i put up with it

The food is the only negative plenty of choice at breakfast hot cooked english (but all food was luke warm or cold) continental breakfast available Other meals were a let down little choice of hot food all food luke warm and most in sauces salads plenty of choice
