Hotels on first line in Protaras

We got married here in September & couldn’t recommend the hotel & staff enough

Service at the swimming pool is excellent and immediate. We sat a group of four and a child 9 months old at the cafe charisma for dinner. If you like burgers you should try their own burger (Grecian park tower burger)

Two members of staff especially stood out, the lovely receptionist Vera (so very helpful) and our amazing pool bar attendant Pavlos, who made our stay fun and exceptional

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

Lovely staff. Fantastic pool and beach. Bit of a climb back up from the beach. Loads of delicious food. Expensive drinks. Amazing views from the balcony. Hot, hot, hot.

An exceptional hotel with top notch service. Must visit the cliff bar for cocktails. Wonderful ambiance, chilled music and overlooking the sea. Really is the perfect setting

The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special

Everything was very clean. The staff are attentive and very polite. The food was great. Location was perfect. We were happy with everything and would definitely go back.

Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout

Everything was perfect, the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The food was great, plenty of sun loungers, right on the best beach in Cyprus. Lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Capo Bay Hotel is lovely.Cant fault it .Friendly kind staff too. Two minutes walk to Fig tree bay beach,warm clear water , three minutes walk to a number of restaurants serving delicious food.

There are 2 A La Carte restaurants, you can visit them both once during your stay and the food is delicious! The snack bar is also located near the bar (pool area) and serves chips/ burgers/nuggets/salad/fruit cups

Where do I begin! We got married here in October 2025 and stayed for 2 weeks. The wedding ceremony venue is beautiful overlooking the sea, Thalassa for the reception is amazing

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Food choices were brilliant both a la carte restaurants were great and we had two coeliacs in our group - they provided great gluten free options including pasta dishes and pizza along with good labelling in the buffet and they made gluten free pancakes freshly each morning! General - you are given a QR code to scan to access an app along with a personal password. This allows you to book the a la Cartes / view entertainment / request room service etc

The bar has plenty of choices, cocktails were great. Rooms were being refurbished this winter and I can't wait to go back and see!!

5 miles from fig tree bay and protaras shops and bars along the sea front you can walk it as there is a walk way all the way about 45 to 50 mins there is nothing else around this hotel 1 shop and 1 restaurant up the road Bus stops outside hotel bus 102 to go to Ayia Napa and bus 101 to get back every 15 mins 2 euros each cash only no cards ect The servers in the hotel and restaurant was excellent...

Fly with tui from Manchester all went well picked up and dropped off at hotel first impression ok a little work going on outside hotel but tui did inform us before we fly and asked if we wanted to change hotel but it was not bad and did not hear it at the pool ect reception was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel 2 lovely ladies very polite she did forget our wristbands but was soon rectified...

Friendly staff, expecially Mr Stelios at breakfast! Everything was clean and tidy. A hotel with a lot of different places to seat and enjoy life. Spa, gym, pool for any age

Hotel: The hotel is a bit old and it shows. Not terrible but it does need some renovation. Swimming pool(s): The outdoor swimming pool is big. Has a slide for kids and is cleaned daily

Close to the beach, you can easily enjoy your stay having a lovely time sunbathing with a cocktail or a snack next to the pool or under an umbrella looking at the blue blue sea! Our room was huge, with a lovely veranda with sea view, and all the amenities

Really impressed with the hotel in every way - nice peaceful location, great sea / bay for swimming in, food and drink was excellent (including plenty of local cuisine), evening entertainment (singers / musicians) all top quality and in keeping with lovely hotel, staff all really friendly and helpful

Magnifying mirror within the main bathroom mirror for shavings etc. Sanitizer to use on toilet seats before you sit down

Lock on toilet doors by pool broken. Wipe/sanitize lift doors and buttons more often. (Everything else was immaculately clean) Had an amazing relaxing holiday. 😊I would 100% recommend this hotel

Drinking water dispenser on every level by the lifts. It was ok for me and I expect that they would have warmed it up had I said anything so I don’t think this is a reflection on the hotel just personal preference

Little extra touches that make all the difference. Different light settings including bright and ambient and a subdued light in the bathroom that comes on with a sensor in the night as you stand up from your bed

Sandwich on arrival incase you are hungry (late check in) Tv had lots of Chanel’s and you can log in to your Netflix if you wanted to. Interconnecting doors between rooms if needed

We had an incredible time there. The cleanliness and the service was really good

The food was absolutely fantastic. The various restaurants, which you could choose from just once, were also amazing. All the amenities at the Sunrise Beach Hotel are top-notch, and the lobby is very chic

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay

The rooms, the beds, and the bathroom were very clean! I would come back here anytime! Next time, definitely Sunrise Beach again!

All in all, a very successful stay that I personally recommend 100%. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, as was the dinner

Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful enough to properly unwind

Some smaller tiles around the pool side dealing are loose near to ground floor of 601-610 apartments. The end of the season and the hotel is running out of choices of food and drinks

This is a singular tile measuring 4ft square, so how are they going to fix that? Around the pool are exposed sharp areas/protrusions or composite decking boards, which are bending or protruding that have been temporarily taped down or caution cones strategically placed to visually inform people

Room was lovely and clean but only negatives I would say is the shower needs a screen or something to stop the water getting all over the floor as our floor always had a pool of water after a shower even with a towel on the floor

Both roof restaurants had already closed due to end of the season, but nobody had been informed of this. Was told there was a pizza oven. Entertainment balcony sofas are stained, and cigarette burns on several

Several floor tiles around the pool are the same, some of which chunks are missing, which have been filled with poly filler. Even one of the lift tiles has been cracked

Standards have slipped from the beginning of the season, but it's expected that you still pay premium rates for the experience which you're not getting

It is impeccably clean and comfortable, the food is lovely and the service from George and all of his staff was excellent once again. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable everyone

Wow!! Returned home on 9th November after a wonderful week here. Second time in protaras but first time at this hotel. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff ao friendly and helpful

We go into Pernera 20 minute walk on the front to Issaks where 2sunbeds and parasol 6euros for the day and if you want the beach there is one there

Waking up to that sea view from our balcony was the best part. The pool area is great, the food was delicious, and everything was spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better stay

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

This hotel is perfect in every way. It's located on a beach with crystal-clear water, right in the center of town. The rooms are huge, on the 5th floor, with sea views

This is close to a public beach but it is not a private beach. The hotel doesn't have porters so we need to carry your own luggages up and down. Maybe a problem for older clients

One is what we called the pool bar and the second was at the end of the reception area. Which while we were there never opened

I highly recommend flamingo paradise hotel! It very well located, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially ALESYA!!! The breakfast was very delicious and there is a variety of options!

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season

This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift

Lovely pools and entertainment good

The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt

We arrived at the start of the season so was quiet, but the entertainment team made sure we were all occupied!! Ryan and his team really lifted our holiday, the entertainment staff were fantastic and laughed and joked with us throughout the holiday

The team genuinely cared about their jobs and must end up exhausted at the end of the season. Greta, Holly, Nas, Ellie, Dylan and Clau

Very amazing entertainment team! Everyday there were fun activities to take part in. I think the location of the hotel is perfect. I would definitely recommend everyone to go here because it’s safe, beautiful and fun

Lovely hotel, Muhammed in reception was superb - really helpful. The bar staff were lovely and the drinks didn't taste watered down. Food was the best all inclusive buffet I have experienced

The fence around the tennis court could do with a bit of a TLC but the court itself is okay. The pools are amazing and the hotel is kept clean and tidy

You can swim in the bay and see turtles and swim with them. Visit Landa beach this is a gorgeous sandy beach with clear warm calm waters and a lovely restaurant too

We have been twice to sunrise jade ( first time in August 2024 as a surprise for my husbands big birthday then again May 2025) and both times were absolutely perfect

The pool area is stunning , and the designated sunbeds are the icing on the cake! Also loved taking a short walk across to the little secluded bay ( just walk down some steps directly across from the pool area of the hotel) it is beautiful , sadly we didn’t see any turtles but apparently they can often be seen there

The room was comfortable with a beautiful sea view, the food was excellent, and we even managed to fit in some exercise in the pool! Highly recommended for a relaxing stay

We have always chosen a sunbed on the grassed area by the infinity pool, despite problems with it being a bit wet and marshy in some areas

The pool was lovely and it was good to be allocated sun beds for the duration of the stay. There was also activities hosted by the staff in the pool and yoga which was decent

The entertainment needs some work although we were here early on in season the first week actually. With any all inclusive food becomes repetitive, but they is always choices and waitress served drinks lunch and dinner

The pool area is spotless and the sun beds are very plush, wooden and thick cushions. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lifeguard can not do enough for you

One tip don’t bother paying extra for a sea View, the sea is in the distance over roads car parks and several hotels

All in all a lovely week away, hotel is a 5 min walk to the beaches which have a lovely boardwalk to bimble around the coast

Stayed here August 2020 and all I can say is the hotel is absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, the hotel is beautifully decorated and all the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you! Would definitely recommend, we look forward to visiting again

Such a gem of a hotel friendly helpful staff , food very varied loads to choose from. Rooms clean and comfortable only downfall for me was it's just a little out of the way but wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The suite was amazing with stunning views of the sea - this is without doubt the nicest suite I’ve every stayed in. The hotel and its facilities are also fantastic but what really makes this hotel special is the staff

We booked as part of a Tui package and we chose the Sunrise Pearl because of it's excellent Tripadvisor reviews. Location is first class, being near the centre of the town, yet with access straight onto the beach

The hotel is perfectly situated between the main street and the beach, giving us direct access to both. Our stay was very good and relaxing. The atmosphere is spacious and green

The main restaurant has a nice terrace looking at the sea and was great. Since we had full board, we enjoyed all the meals. The food was consistently very fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices

I’m writing this review as of our last day staying at Odessa beach hotel! I have travelled (first time) with 2 children (1 year old and 13 year old) without my husband! I just needed a short break! 5, pool is really nice, rooms is perfect and modern. Beds aren’t the comfiest but are okay. Food is great quality and plenty of variety. Plenty of sun beds but can imagine in summer it gets busy

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was nice and clean end the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and also has its own pool area

That is crazy!!! The pool bar was nice, with a good selection of drinks. Evening entertainment varied, we enjoyed the film quiz but due to staying over a week we had the same quiz a week later

Just make sure you read the descriptions and may be they can be placed further apart. The hotel is in a great location to the beach and bars and restaurants

The Odessa hotel for us maintained it's excellent standard,this is our 4th year here and food quality produced by Andreas the head chef is fabulous, Michaelis and his team in both restaurants are a credit to the hotel,and if you have special needs prior to arrival Koulla is that person

The food was brilliant but, above everything, it was the staff that excelled. All were attentive, friendly and keen but not pushy. The hotel was on the seafront, next to the beach

The pool bar staff, Mohammed, Denis & the guy who didn’t wear a name tag (sorry) worked so hard all day bringing drinks to everyone and then working the evenings. Also the other Mohammed in the evening, what a nice guy

I know some don’t like this, but it’s so much more hygienic. We enjoyed the fact that the hydro pool was heated. The food and drink, very good quality and fresh, constantly checked and refilled

Staff can’t do enough for you, George is brilliant so friendly and again can’t do enough for you. Rooms,we had a sea view room which was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day lovely rooms

There are too many wonderful members of staff who looked after us to mention each one individually, but George was a great character, always smiling and cheerful, and it has been mentioned that the hotel should be renamed the King George

8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes,etc

unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated

We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies...

We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season

There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel

There’s also little public beach front attached to the property so you can combine pool and/or sea if you want. Super family friendly place! Food is 10/10! Select the all inclusive option and enjoy the stay

Very clean and spacious room, amazing views, lovely garden. Professional and friendly staff. Convenient (there's a bus stop outside of the hotel that goes to Protaras/Cape Greco/Ayia Napa for EUR1

Very nice hotel with beautiful palm garden to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas not too close each other. Beach downstairs. Peaceful hotel suitable to relax and enjoy te summer.

The only negative I can think of is the internet access, why can't they just make it free (even just for limited time each day)?

Very clean rooms, very good service. The location is ideal for families and for everyone. The atmosphere was exceptional, huge thanks to the entertainment team. The value was acceptable, like at a normal europian hotel

For those who love outdoor activities, the eco-friendly trail along the coast was perfect for jogging or long, peaceful walks by the sea

Good drinks services all throughout the hotel and they are kind enough to bring drinks to you by the pool. A good entertainment package and staff were lovely, friendly and attentive

First thing you notice is a immaculately clean hotel. The floor sparkled and areas were clean. The staff were falling over themselves to help and ensure your holiday was the best it could be

The pools are superb, a little cold but amazing and a great location to walk to Protarus centre and beaches

All in all I would recommend this hotel, had some great facilities and both the pools were great

Whilst we encounter an issue with food heat it was sorted swiftly and the quality of food was superb and varied for everyone

Beautiful hotel clean great staff Food not to my taste but always found something just a shame it closed an was sent to the dump that is the narcissos waterpark
