This hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s very comfortable and truly luxurious. The service at the front desk, in the restaurant, and by the pool was always excellent—attentive, friendly, and very helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. The various restaurants, which you could choose from just once, were also amazing. All the amenities at the Sunrise Beach Hotel are top-notch, and the lobby is very chic. All in all, a very successful stay that I personally recommend 100%. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, as was the dinner. The rooms, the beds, and the bathroom were very clean! I would come back here anytime! Next time, definitely Sunrise Beach again!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which really made a difference. A special mention has to go to Justine who works in the bar, she was absolutely fantastic and really looked after us throughout our stay. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful enough to properly unwind. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great getaway and already looking forward to coming back again in the near future!

We have had a fabulous first visit to sunrise we will definitely be returning. The hotel is very clean and all the staff can't do enough for you😊 We have eaten at reef& lemongrass & marcellos all fabulous. Justine at the bar is also amazing so friendly and her drinks are 👏 thank you sunrise for our amazing stay

First class hotel in an excellent location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Food is excellent too with great dine around feature. Pools are lovely with adults only pool too. The gym was excellent with nice indoor pool. We stayed out of season so can’t comment on the evening entertainment but I’m sure it is good. All the staff are very friendly especially Justine who works in the bar during the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very warm welcome; the staff are very friendly and look after our well-being. There’s a gym and a sauna, which adds to the sense of well-being. It’s very peaceful and the rooms are superb. The view from the balcony is magnificent, and you can play tennis or padel.

We are from Germany. We are staying in room 347 and feel so comfortable here. The location is beautiful, with an amazing sea view, and the housekeeping team makes sure everything is always perfectly clean – they are doing a fantastic job! But what makes this place truly special is the wonderful staff – friendly, caring, and always going the extra mile. We honestly love you all for the way you treat your guests and make us feel at home. We are so thankful and excited to spend the next five days together. We returned to this beautiful hotel as a couple after visiting for the past 34yrs, and the hotel has never disappointed us. We had a lovely room on the 6th floor with beautiful views. All the Managers and staff are all very friendly and helpful, the food was very tasty. We would like to thank Neo, Maria and all the staff in the Levanda Restaurant and Jack the head chef,and thank Lenska,Justine and all the staff in the Othello bar. We would like to thank all the managers and staff for another fantastic holiday see you all next September.
