We stayed at this hotel for two nights. From the moment we entered, we were certain we would have issues with the male receptionist—a dark-skinned man with black hair. I strongly advise against interacting with him alone; his behavior is extremely aggressive, rude, and unpredictable. As a guest, you cannot even ask a question without facing insults or the threat of violence. The hotel itself is outdated and poorly maintained, certainly not deserving of its four-star rating. The bedsheets in our room were torn and frayed, and the bed was old and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast is very basic, comparable to a two-star hotel. Furthermore, the air conditioning did not work. When we asked why, they simply replied that 'the weather is hot.' Despite the outside temperature being 10* at night and the rooms being cold, the staff mocked us while they themselves were wearing fleece jackets inside. To top it off, they deactivated our room key in the middle of the night without notice, leaving us stranded outside our room.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance of the historic city center. The front desk staff was courteous; the young woman with glasses (whose name I unfortunately don't recall) provided excellent service. One aspect that stood out as unusual for a four-star hotel was the absence of complimentary toothpaste in the room. When I inquired at reception, I was informed that it is not provided. Aside from that, the breakfast was varied and flavorful.

An outdated hotel. The basics are alright. But the water temperature for the shower is terrible. Sometimes it is boiling hot, sometimes it is cold, sometimes it is alright. Service is alright.

The room didn’t meet the description I ask for 2 single bed and got a double also there was no tv in the room did speak to reception weren’t helpful said room had been recently refurbished and not got around to putting tv in there rude not helpful no offer to move us to a different room
