Metamorphis Excellent in Prague

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Before arriving, we messaged the hotel to arrange an airport shuttle which brought us directly from the airport to the hotels front door- very convenient. Check -in was fast and smooth
And our room was beautiful with spacious rooms. One of the highlights was the beer spa located in the hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent. With plenty of food options nearby. The hotel staff was also very helpfuland assisted us in securing a dinner cruise reservation.

Perfect stay in the heart of Prague! Hotel Metamorphis offers clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and an amazing location by Old Town Square. The staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely return!

We stayed in a double deluxe room with a balcony. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The young woman at reception was extremely kind and helpful. If you plan to use the beer spa or need parking, book it early and don’t wait until the last minute.
The hotel is located directly in the Old Town, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, bars, and museums. The famous astronomical clock and other major sights are just a short walk away. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for us.

Lovely hotel, great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view of a courtyard and the popular bar just below our room. 5 minutes from the Old Town Square. Room decor was a bit dated. Great hotel for exploring Prague

A nice hotel in a medieval building and in a very convenient location - 2 minutes from the main square. Though in summertime the bars on the smaller square the hotel is on might generate noise, but in October it wasn't a problem. Nice and helpful staff.

Bit disappointed with the breakfast (served in an another hotel nearby), the breakfast room was too small to handle all the guests and food kept running out.

First, reading the Trip Advisor reviews, there appears to be a lot of confusion about this hotel. I did look at the photos & this was the hotel that we stayed at. My wife & I stayed here for 2 nights in early June. The Hotel was quite nice,…once you found it, and if you were driving a rental car like we were, it was quite an adventure just finding the place. Once we actually got to the hotel it was good. The staff, Honza & Barbara were wonderful. However,…there is NO elevator & we are heavy packers. Our room was very nice,…but it was on the 4th floor. Honza was especially great helping me get the luggage to/from our room. The paid parking was several blocks away from the hotel (lots of 1-way streets), getting the car to the underground parking was another adventure. Honza was great assisting me on the morning we left Prague, heading to Vienna. The local restaurants were good. Honza recommended a very good 5-6 hr guided tour of the city, which was very good. Our guide Susanna was excellent. One other thing that I want to mention, & this has nothing to do with the hotel. Lots of young people partying in downtown Prague, which is fine with me. But, in the early morning when I went out to walk there was a tremendous amount of trash, beer bottles/cans, paper, food wrappers, etc. Not a good look for downtown Prague & the young evening party folks. We didn’t see anything like this in Nuremberg or Vienna.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The old town is just 2 mins walk away. The Air conditioned rooms are spacious and well appointed. Recption staff were very polite and efficient. The hotel is in a converted historic building and has no lift so if you can't manage the stairs this will not be suitable for you.
We travelled here by car and the hotel had secure private parking available which was useful.
We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here next time we are in Prague. Highly recommended.

Enormous room, fantastic food and perfect location. I wouldn't recommend to someone with mobility problems though, as the breakfast room is down a spiral staircase.
