The hotel's location wasn't great; walking to the station was very inconvenient during heavy snow. The room itself was nice and suitable for a family. However, the door lock was faulty; when I left, I didn't know how to close the door and had to leave the key behind the door. If they improve the lock next time, I'd try staying with my family for a few days again, hehe 🙏

The rooms are spacious, and it's convenient for sightseeing. Transportation is excellent, with trams going directly to the city center. The kitchen is also large, but the electrical capacity is a bit low.

Need a car to travel around. Far from city center. Clean and tidy. But the outside of building very dark at night and don't feel safe.

Plus points for the parking, the elevator, kitchen was ok, staff was nice.
Minus points:
- curtains way too bright and let too much heat in for sleep
- floor was a bit dirty

Almost perfect, however the mattress is very soft and the curtains are ineffective (daylight from 5 am), the rest is impeccable

A comfortable stay. It was nice. However, the tram stop is quite a distance away. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.

It wasn't like in the photos.
We arrived late to the apartment, and the instructions to enter the apartment were clear.
The condition of the room was not as we expected and did not match with the photos on the website. The furniture and especially the floor were worn out. The floor was sticky, and we couldn't walk barefoot because they would become dirty and sticky afterward. The table in the room was very sticky like something had been poured on it. Some spots on the floor were also very sticky. The bathroom was small but functioned well, including hot water, but it did not look like it did in the photos. The bathroom door could not be closed. The heaters were working perfectly. The towels looked clean, but there were pieces of hair on them. The bed was okay, and the kitchen was working as expected.
The apartments are located in an ideal spot, at least for us. You can take the tram 22 or 23 towards the city or to a connecting bus 191 to the airport. 3 or 4 stops to the Prague Castle.
The worn-out condition of the apartment came as a surprise, and the poor cleanliness disappointed us. We initially felt unappealing about staying in the place, but we managed. Otherwise, it would have been a pleasant stay because of its convenient location.

Great accomodation. The locations is very good, in a quiet neighborhood, 3 min walk from the tram station (trams 22 and 25 stop there), 20 min walk to the castel and St. Vitus cathedral, 15 min walk to Petrin Tower. The kitchen has literally everything you need for cooking and it is separated from the bedroom (unlike most open-space studios), the only problem we had was with the poor wifi connection (in apartment 22). With the doors closed, the wifi in the bedroom was almost unusable (couldn't watch a video on youtube at 480p resolution). Also, the water was heated through a boiler, so if you would fill the bath tub wih hot water, you'll have to wait a while to have warm water again. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning
