Located in a nice residential area that has some very good bars close by. Walk to the centre of the old town takes less than 15 mins

However, rooms on the first floor are poorly soundproofed, and you can hear a lot from the ground floor restaurant/reception area. Putting felt pads on the chair legs would be a good start! ;)

The breakfast was also very comprehensive, with delicious bread, boiled eggs, omelets, local sausages, and a very good selection of salads. It would be a good choice for a stay again

The standard room we had with a king mattress was pretty large and beautifully decorated. We had a view to the park, river and bridge. With public transportation being so good you can get anywhere touristy in 20 minutes

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel within three days. The floor was higher and the noise was reduced. The room was still comfortable and I felt good

It is worth mentioning that this hotel has an elevator, so I can go from the room to the restaurant for dinner without having to walk up the stairs, which is quite good

This was my second time booking here, and it was excellent! The service was superb. The environment is beautiful, with a retro palace style. Our room had a balcony with many flowers, offering views of Prague's red roofs

There are some lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, and I would particularly recommend Kuchyň just up the road for a scenic lunch or dinner. A truly memorable stay and one we would happily recommend

The food was fresh and well presented and replenished regularly to ensure that you did not miss out if you wanted a particular dish. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced

The room was small, but the hotel's location was excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station. However, because it was so close, you could hear the trains rumbling around

There is a very good range from baked good to a cooked breakfast including beans, eggs, sausage (hotdog ones too), bacon, hash browns and chicken strips

The room When we arrived we were shocked to see just how spacious the room actually was! The bed was comfy and clean and they provide you with show gel, shampoo and soap (all from rituals!) towels, tissues and a hairdryer is also provided in the room

The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

Thank you for the wonderful stay at the hotel. Everyday there was some variation for breakfast. Also the day we departed very early, we were very grateful for the breakfast meal to go.

Great stay at Hotel Amarilis. Room was spotless, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Close to Wenceslas square, shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel, close by the airport terminal. There's shuttle bus every 30mins to the terminal. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Had dinner at restaurant - the goulash is delicious

Spacious rooms and ideal location. Easy walks to the theater districts and to the Castle. The included breakfasts were quite wonderful - tasty, filling and very European.

I found the restaurant to be extremely convenient for when I was tired and didn't fancy heading out in search of food. The menu options, portion size, staff and taste were all first rate

😋 Transportation is convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Prague Square, and there are many public transportation options nearby! ! There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy a variety of Asian food 😆

The hotel is in a really good spot, easily walking distance to most places & if you want to go to the Castle it’s just a short walk to the tram stop and pence to catch the tram

We did this and walked down to Charles Bridge and back. The hotel was clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and so much to choose from, I had omelette with fresh smoked Salmon on the side

It is within walking distance of the subway station. Charles Bridge and the Old Town are also within walking distance, so it is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options.

Not even water and the magnet, nothing at all! Treating customers differently is not good and I really didn't see the smiles and friendliness they say! The receptionist is as cold as a popsicle, not even a smile, always on the phone in shorts and a short shirt in a 4-star hotel you can't stand

The service was good, we Enjoyed and we could enjoy breakfast. But the breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic but otherwise the food was good. At the end it was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

com intervened did the hotel send us a fruit plate and a bottle of wine — which we did not drink and in fact returned to the reception, because we weren’t looking for superficial gestures — we just wanted the room we booked

Our clear request for two single beds was ignored. We were given a queen bed, then moved — again to a queen. A blanket was handed to us so we could “make do. ” The next day, nothing was fixed

After calling reception and waiting 40 minutes, a non-English-speaking cleaner came, confused, and simply threw another blanket on the bed

We checked out on Sunday and requested a refund for the unused fourth night. We were told it needed approval from higher management

It was a classic hotel with cosy room but a bit small for a family of 3 adult. Breakfast was good and healthy with some fresh fruits and salad and varieties of bread selection from pastries to cake.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The room was clean and tidy. The location was also very convenient, making it super easy to catch a Bolt or Uber.

There's a free happy hour daily, and free coffee is also available, though unfortunately, my alcohol intolerance prevented me from fully enjoying it. Freshly made omelets are offered for breakfast

Near to kfc and mcd also surtounding lots of eating place, mini mart just next door. Breakfast is good. Not much selection but good enough.

First night was a disaster in that the room shower head was leaking water, TV did not work and the room a/c did not work and hence the room was stuffy. Good thing that they change our room the next day and all was good

This hotel is actually pretty good as the room is clean and the bathroom well equipped and clean with good working shower (after changing room). Breakfast was great with a variety of pastries to chose from

A small hotel but this is quality over quantity. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast superior. The location is also 2 minutes walk from I P Pavlova which has loads of trams and the underground linking to all the city

Recommended for a few days stay

The bed was onfortable but the pillows were very, very soft. too soft for me but that's personal choice. Breakfast was ok, plenty to choose from, friendly restaurant staff

Very good hotel, nice, economical, good breakfast and good service. Taking into account that you arrive with suitcases, and you have to go up through the forest, it is strange, and also a little far from everything

Perfect location for us as we were catching bus next morning which was short walk. Room was big with windows that open. Love big bathtub! Nice little restaurant with good and reasonable price menu

It is quite large and has a very nice restaurant and lobby. The room and breakfast was excellent as well. So, my only area of help will be in transportation. This hotel is very far out of the city center

An uber would cost a minimum of 15 euro, however the metro runs until midnight and the bus is 24 hours. I would glady stay here again, but if your only goal is the city center, please factor in that oppurtunity cost

I had an excellent stay at EA Crystal Palace Hotel in Prague. The location is fantastic—just a walk away from Old Town Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city

In my room, the window is in the ceiling so you can see only a small part of the sky. But there was AC and I could open the window to air out. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep on

There was a tram stop within walking distance so I could go to different parts of Prague

The design is very unique, the location is very good, you can walk to all the attractions, the breakfast is average, not quite in line with its star rating, but free juice and snacks are provided to customers

The location is very good and it is very convenient to go to the Old Town or other attractions. The only problem is that there are mosquitoes and flies in the room, but this is also a common situation in Prague

It was my first time in Prague, so I was worried about the location and accommodations, but my worries were unfounded. there were so many places to walk to, from Prague Castle to the old town

It was spacious, so it didn't feel stuffy. the interior was equipped with everything from a microwave to tableware and a sink, so it was convenient to buy fruit and wash it every day
