In total, I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and most of the staff I encountered at different times were actually very kind and helpful. It would not be fair to dismiss all of their service because of one incident

Sound insulation is not great, so if guests in nearby rooms are loud, it’s difficult not to hear them—but that is somewhat expected in an older building. What I found unacceptable was what happened on my second night

Good hotel near the city center, just a few metro or tram stops away, or a 15-minute walk. Excellent breakfast buffet and unbeatable value for money. Perfect for a few days in Prague.

Under these circumstances, I felt that a refund would have been appropriate so I could find another hotel. However, she refused, stating that she was not the manager and also refused to contact one

The noise was highly abnormal and had nothing to do with whether the air conditioning was on or off. I ended up staying awake all night, despite having commitments and a meeting the next day

We loved this place what was not acceptable that we arrived around 22pm and the window was open in our room in this case it was bloody cold inside other day we had a same issue after a cleaning our room the cleaners closed the heating and when we arrived back from our sightseeing it was cold in the room

Wonderful city especially if you can enjoy on the Vitava river. Botek Admiral is a wonderful boat hotel,with amazing special experience to stay in Prague. I really enjoyed the experience

Not sure how the owner managed to find so many great people to work for him, but we had a great experience and the service was amazing. Beds are comfortable, it’s small but cosy

The room was a perfect size for the amount of time we spent there and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I didn’t hear any of our neighbors throughout the evening

This is a super cute hotel close to public transportation and some local shops and restaurants

The room and hotel itself is very basic but in a good way, it’s clean , secure and well maintained and affordable. The breakfast also was very nice with a different selection each morning

We stayed at this hotel with our family during Christmas and had a wonderful experience. What impressed us the most was the excellent service

The "double deluxe room" we had paid for was quite small and there was only a wardrobe for clothes and no chest of drawers. The bathroom was very small too. Breakfast was good and everywhere was very clean

We had a really pleasant stay here after a very long and delayed flight to Prague , the front desk staff who were there on our arrival were extremely helpful and made us feel better after a stressful day

Perfect for a short stay in Prague. Rooms are super clean, crispy white bedding and breakfast until 1pm. Staff at the reception at great, especially the two ladies. One lady called Jana always went the extra way to help

A very warm welcome by the hotel reception. You have a choice of a lift or stairs to get to your room on any floor. The room was spacious and offered a shower and bath, fridge, air conditioning, and a fan

Parking is a bit difficult and expensive. No private parking possible. Only parking on the street for a maximum of 24h and than need to repark. The price and service for the hotel is pretty good for the location

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast : the pastries were the same on 2 days and as a result, a lot more dry on the 2nd day. We went to the city centre by foot-so-good situation

Fruits juices, hot and cold continental style food, good coffee machines, fresh fruit, and various breads and cakes. Walking distance is about 15/20 mins to the old town area, which was perfect for us

All in all, it is a good location, polite staff, comfy room, easy parking, and a great breakfast. For the price you can't go wrong. From our personal experience, we would definitely stay there again

Each of the three transfers from the airport were on time and the driver easily located. The return journeys were equally good. The location is extremely well positioned, being only a 2 minute walk from Charles Bridge

The breakfast was excellent (available at 7:30am-10:30am). The room is neat and tidy, spacious enough for 2 adult. The bathroom environment is pleasant. The reception in lobby is 247

There was different types of bread, cereals, jams, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, a vast selection of cakes and cooked vegetables together with quiche and sliced meats Also dairy milk as well as non-dairy I could have sat and eaten all day long

This task was carried out by the receptionist on duty and there was not an actual area for the bar, merely a few bar stools positioned at the bar itself, which was located between two eating areas

I had travelled lightly with hand luggage only, so the toiletries were very welcome as was the coffee/tea & kettle. There was a digital safe and a fridge which could be stocked at an extra cost

excellent location with walkable distances to the astronomical clock and old town hall. great complimentary breakfast with a good variety of choices of fruit. very good value for money indeed

Brunch was normal so I only tried one day but the breakfast was amazing. It is not just delicious but with a lot of varieties. it will be good if they can smile

Very good hotel, super close to the old town and all its attractions (15 min walk). It’s very affordable, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Walking distance from lots of places of interest. If you are too lazy to walk too much. Transportation can be found nearby. Near Wenceslas Square where you can find lots of foods there

Big enough for at least 2 people with large baggages. They allow us to put our bags in the baggage room when we were there before check in. They do provide breakfast and brunch

A very good hotel, continental breakfast, everything fresh and delicious, it's close to a supermarket and several tram stops, a bit far from the center but very well connected and away from the noise, we really liked the hotel and felt very comfortable

Very well maintained 4* hotel. Pros: Large room, very clean, free coffee and muffins at the reception all day. Cons: Location of the hotel, Žižkov is not the best location for accommodation in Prague.

Stayed here for one night, no issues,. Room was perfectly adequate for three of us, a little out of the way from the train station but easily accessible via tram. Breakfast was continental. All good.

We loved the classic old style. Location good, 25 mins walk from main station and old town. Many trams in front, also a big supermarket next to the hotel. Room was very big and comfortable bed

We had an early arrival on the first day and an early departure on the last day, and the hotel was kind enough to switch our missed first-day breakfast to our last morning, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture

We got the room with 4 beds and it was on the top floor- there was a ceiling window which was controlled electronically👍🏻 The pictures for this room on trip app did show a living room with a sofa but the actual room didn’t have that

we stayed for 4 nights here for our trip to prague, this hotel was perfect! the location was great in a nice area walking distance from the centre, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, the room was beautiful and very clean with fresh towels every day and a kettle

There are single rooms that are suitable for traveling alone. The location is very convenient. It is also very convenient to take the tram from Prague train station. I hope the weather will be good next time

An issue with the aircon and no curtains This hotel is average in terms of the room. There was an issue with the air conditioning that couldn't be controlled by the control panel

We booked this hotel based on the comments of others who had stayed there, and all I can say was Big Mistake! The Hotel itself was nice, the area was quiet and clean and we thought ok, this looks good! Then we went to reception and meet the very unfriendly receptionist who gave us our room

Cute and quiet, but how to turn of the air conditioner ? The sound is annoying . As the temperature is really cool I don’t need a air conditioner, but I couldn’t turn it off.

In general the hotel present a well serivce and comfort. but the breakfeast is quite boring. and there is no HOT oat meal which is very coomon food. the pillows that we got at rooms are very simple and not the best

Highly recommended! The location at 9 o'clock is excellent, right next to the Kafka statue. There are many supermarkets and shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. You can easily walk to Charles Bridge

I didn't expect much, but although it's small in size, the location and everything else are satisfactory.

Excellent location tho note that most cabs (Uber or Bolt) are unlikely to pick up at the hotel and you might have to move further out, which was what I ended up doing

The other thing is the WiFi signal, at least for my room, was extremely weak, to the point that it's mostly useless and I had to rely on roaming data. Still, a great location with a quaint room and I highly recommend it

I can see why the ratings are low. The only thing I can praise is the service attitude; the front desk staff was quite friendly, and the location is excellent, just a street away from the tram and subway stations

I really enjoy the days I lived in this hotel. Nice interior design and big space. I feel so relax and comfortable in the room. Also the staff is so nice and kind, she brings us a lot of love.

The best of this hotel is the location. The room was ok, but quite soft beds. The breakfast has a big variety of things but the quality is rather low. In general I would say you get what you pay for.

The facilities are a little dated. Especially when returning at night, getting the main door to open with the keycard was a real struggle; it often felt like pure luck when it finally worked

30, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Would we stay here again, possibly, but we'd bring our own tea, ask for towels every time, and bring our own body wash. nand we'd ask for a room at the back

Great location on Wenceslas Square but a bit tricky to find to start with. You have to go to another EA hotel nearby to get the key. Staff were helpful, room was spacious and clean

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Our room was on the first floor right on the street, but it was very quiet and we were able to sleep without any issues. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see

We absolutely love this small hotel in the most quiet part of Prague, and always visit at least once a year! Our orchestra gets the very best treatment from the friendly staff and they also help us with bus transport, recommendations and practical things because of our timing, concerts and instruments

The check in procedure should be more customer friendly especially for those who came from abroad and seniors. For example, I checked a couple of days before at Easy Hotel in Zurich

The mattress was way too soft for my liking, as well as the pillows, but that's just me. Also the water takes an eternity to warm up. Huge amount of water gets wasted for you to wait to get warm

The location is perfect, about 5 mins from the train station. The room is very nice, neat and clean

A suggestion though is that they let the guest to check in by themselves which is complicated to follow, and the security is not helping at all

Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, even though I left a tip, the cleaning wasn't very thorough, and there was still trash on the floor.

Then looking around, another one in the bathroom. There are other 2 but busy because of the TV and minibar. Service is really good, available at any time. Breakfast is amazing, really many choices

🥹 Overall, the stay was good. It's a bit of a shame I couldn't have a hot breakfast. Out of my Austria, Hungary, and Czech Republic trip, the Czech Republic had the most Chinese-friendly food
