the decor of the hotel was beautiful, the room though a bit awkward was very nice, and the bath tub was excellent

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the traditional tourist hotels. A helpful staff, car service to the city center,great bar and library make this hotel a wonderful value

Really enjoyed the one night we had at this place. The hotel was located conveniently next to a tram station and a walk away from most places including the museum, Wenceslas square etc

My room had high ceilings and solid furniture. I love the fact it looked a little tired, it added to the feel of my stay. The bed was huge, the bathroom was perfect with a solid bath

The breakfast specially was very very nice, with an assortment of the usual continental items, but with some really nice tuna, smoked salmon and trout

On top of this they made some cake for her and gave a bottle of wine. Which we came back to Sunday evening which after being out all day was a lovely surprise. It was worth every penny and couldnt recommend it more

There was complimentary iced lemonade in the lobby, the staff were very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was incredibly diverse! They even had spring rolls, making it the best hotel breakfast a 'Chinese stomach' could ask for in Europe! Overall, I was extremely satisfied

Breakfast could be better (very crowded & not so good food), WiFi available in floors 8 and 9 and you have to pay extra for it (or find the password online), free WiFi access only in the lobby, parking lot also costs extra

We were three in the rooms and we were way to cramped and no space for luggage. The service was good and delicious (aswell as the cleaning of the room). The location was ok.

There was no problem with booking. Rooms and toilets were clean (towels changed daily, toilet seat overlays etc. Staff was great and overall this hotel make an impression of being somewhat better than usual 3 stars

The only problem with this hotel are the elevators. They are slow and sometimes only 2 out of the 3 work. Also if you stand nearby the elevator doors the elevator won't move, so that limits the capacity of them

Together with my Fiance we stayed two nights with breakfast. The dining space is not large but it's sufficient. You can order waffles to be made just for you. Rooms are clean, and have their own AC

I had a large room, with a separate shower and separate toilet room. I had a small kitchenette, though another colleague had an actual separate room kitchenette. Just avoid the powdered eggs at breakfast

Everything was very good, room was clean, staff very friendly. Equipment of room was older and TV was very basic, but considering the price, it is not an issue.

It's clean and ok. The breakfast is good. The room is large. Considering the convenient transportation to work, I chose E. It's a very good hotel. I suggest you stay here next time.

The breakfast that I was looking forward to was not as good as I expected.

The atmosphere was stunning. There were stunning amenities like shampoo, treatment, and handwashing. High quality but the room doesn’t have a wine opener.

The food was decent, though the selection was a bit limited! They even gave my husband a bottle of red wine and a birthday card on his birthday, which was very thoughtful! It's also just a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock and about a 5-minute walk from Charles Bridge! Public transportation and subway access are very convenient!

Although i am wondering why housekeeping didnt not clean the plates, and glasses after 4 days ? So the stuff we got first day upon arrival was still there after our departure ? Breaksfast was alright a bit crowded in a small restaurant, and noisy as well, the bread was really bad not fresh at all

Complimentary coffee after closing hours, and some cakes was really nice after a long day walk, its nice to see that Clarion offers this complimentary coffee, tea and cakes

The coffee taste also better than the one in the restaurant. Waitresses and hostess was friendly there, and attentive to clean up tables etc

I was there in the first week of January. Location is just perfect, it is a walking distance from Old Town Square like five minutes

Perfect hotel in city center, walking distance for all tourists attraction , Charles Bridge approximately 20 minutes walking, breakfast was good , they have water kettle and small fridge, theres construction work in street but you not hear any thing in hotel is very quiet

Spectacular, Romantic Boutique Hotel! My wife and I were in Prague for four nights celebrating our wedding anniversary. We are SO happy that we chose to stay at the Golden Well Hotel

It is situated in a charming old building that was built in the 16th century but has been fully renovated with fully up-to-date and modern amenities

Every day from about 4 PM to 6 PM they set out a selection of treats, including cookies, nuts, cake; as well as mulled, wine, coffee, and tea. This is all served in a charming little side room that is very inviting

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in a quiet part of the city, but is still within walking distance to major attractions and the hustle and bustle

It is about a 15 minute walk to the head of the Charles bridge where there are many shops, cafés, etc. The Lennon wall is also down near the head of the Charles Bridge, about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the hotel

Other: Professional massage is available on the first floor and is quite good. Overall: Great stay on non-match days and still a good option on match days

It seems that the air conditioning filters may need replacement. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot dishes, salads, snacks, dairy products, fresh vegetables, and fruits

The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated having two pillow options (a large and a medium one), which made sleeping even better. Despite the busy road outside, the room was very quiet and peaceful

We stayed at Iris Hotel Eden for three days with our child, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located inside a stadium, which is quite unusual and makes the stay feel unique

The bathroom had a shower cabin and all the necessary amenities. There was a slight damp smell coming from the air conditioner, but after ventilating the room by opening the window, it disappeared

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Castle and Charles Bridge! The corner is the best place to take photos of the Little Red Tram! Especially the private garden of the hotel is super photogenic! The hotel breakfast is also good!
